Very fresh ingredients used for their salsa and guacamole. Very good opener with chips. Been there twice and haven't disappointed yet.

This was my first time visiting El Limon after spending the day in Bristol. Such a charming spot, colorful and casual. I ordered some chips and guacamole to start and veggie tacos supreme style with flour tortillas. Served with fresh lime wedges, the citrus brightens the savory veggies. While I'm unsure of the seasoning they use, there's a sweetness from the caramelization. First bite and my mouth was dancing a happy dance. The chips tasted freshly fried and the guacamole was creamy and occasionally spicy. Since my first visit I have tried two other locations and found consistency throughout their product. I'm in town for work and was looking for a Mexican spot. This place is in such a cute part of town and the food is very reasonable. Tara was my sever and she was AMAZING!!! I ordered The tableside guacamole along with the fresh pico and then I also had the enchiladas which were all really really good! And I got all of this for less than $20. You do have to pay for parking but it appears to be that way everywhere down here so if you're in town or if you live near here definitely give this place a try. Ordered for Delivery. Got the Barbacoa Burrito with Mole Sauce, and an Al Pastor Taco. Both were delicious!!! The Mole Sauce was awesome and the burrito was very big and the meat was tender! This is a fork and knife burrito, not that pick up and hold in your hand burrito. The corn taco shell tasted home made and very flavorful as was the rest of the ingredients. This is not the usual Mexican fair that you know from around the area, I will defiantly be hitting this place again sometime. I recommend this place to anyone that loves Mexican Cuisine. I LOVE the loaded nachos at el limon! After I tried them, I couldn't stop thinking about them for days and I don't even really like nachos that much. The food there is super cheap too and they don't skimp out on it! The staff here is super nice too and there's one waitress that always makes sure to let us know that when she's on the clock, our order is always made perfectly! They are awesome here :) read more

Gabriela is amazing!! Do not count this place out due to appear or not having alcohol. The food is very authentic and delicious! They have quesabirrias which are spectacular. The service was great - Gabriela is very attentive and provided great recommendations. Outside ambiance was great - indoors not so much a little small but if you're lucky enough to sit outside (seats are limited) - there's a nice breeze later in the day. We probably order delivery once a week from the Bristol location of El Limon. Everything has been phenomenal. Barbados taco's, steak nachos and shrimp salad were the items we reorder with the most frequency. They are always fresh and fast with the delivery through grub hub also. The creamy chipotle stuff is also fantastic, and they make their orb chips! read more

I visited this place per my friend's recommendation. The food was okay (3 stars). But they charge for every 'extras'. I've never been to a restaurant that charges the way they do. We asked for more salsa for the chips. When the bill came, we were charged an extra $1.95 for it. What? That's after already paying $5.95 for the chips & salsa, which most Mexican restaurants would provide for free. We were also charged $2.00 for 'extra lettuce' for the main dish we ordered. Small space, but VERY AUTHENTIC cuisine! Had guacamole and chips - love that it has a lot of cilantro. Tacos - tinga, barbacoa and al pastor. All were fantastic. I don't wanna bash a restaurant that just opened, but I basically just wasted 20 bucks ordering lunch from here. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a Barbacoa taco with a side of Spanish rice. First thing I noticed was the Spanish rice, which was a "small", was literally a condiment cup with Spanish rice. It couldn't have been more than 3 oz. Second thing was both the quesadilla and the Barbacoa were very lacking in flavor. It's not like me to not finish a taco, but this one really didn't seem worth it. And even when I took the flavorless chicken out of the quesadilla the cheese was also unappetizing. I picked three stars so that I didn't totally bomb this restaurants ratings, but I'm definitely disappointed. I'll be ordering from El Paso the next time I want good Mexican food nearby. read more

Went for dinner, what a disappointment. I have been there before and purchased food during the Bristol Stroll and have always enjoyed eating here. When we arrived I ordered a non sweet tea, the server brought two waters and left, when she came back i asked about the tea, she stated I am sorry I am new. when when brings back the tea I attemp to order 2 cheese and one beef enchilada and was told I couldn't ask mix them I had to order one kind. I asked for a minute to reevaluate my order, I decided on the steak and chicken fajita. when it can there we're no rice and beans. I asked if the came with it, when she check they didn't not so I ordered a side of beans. My fajita were not hot, dry and over cooked. (I don't think they were freshly cooked) after waiting eating almost none of my dinner I asked for the check. The server said "I'll try and get them to take the beans off the bill. I commented " I didn't get them so I won't pay for them". A few minutes later the server came back and slammed the check on the table and some one else came back to collect the check. when I asked about speaking to a manager a young lady came out and commented we are human and should be treated that way. I said; all I said is I won't pay for something I didn't get. I will never go back and I do not appreciate the lack of quality and poor service. read more

We are in at the restaurant portion. They also have take out. Service was excellent. Server was so friendly and on top of refills for drinks and clearing our table off. Our food was delicious. I recommend this place highly. Their prices are great. I will be back again. read more

I ordered off of door dash. I was missing two tacos, a large rice and instead of just Barbacoa in my burrito they also added shrimp. They're lucky im not allergic to shrimp. This could have been very bad for someone seriously allergic to shrimp. Eating in may be better, but ordering made me very unhappy. Especially ordering for the first time. read more

Wanted to try El Limon in Bristol after hearing good reviews but was extremely disappointed with the service. I'm a local business owner and wanted to treat my employees to dinner after we finished working. Our order got screwed up with multiple items missing and on top of that the items we received were very bland. The manager wouldn't take responsibility for the mess up and pushed the blame to the delivery service. Last time I looked, a delivery service just delivers , they don't cook or put the order together. That's the responsibility of the restaurant. Overall it's left a bad taste and I certainly won't be going back. I'll frequent the mill st cantina for sure!!!! read more
