This place just opened up & I finally stopped; Customer Service is off the chain (Kora's de Nayarit )!! Very clean, place, & space; Seafood ("Mariscos") is/are VERY fresh and they have a large variety of seafood (i.e., clams, pata de mula; all type of fish, etc.) including already prepared ceviche de Camaron (Shrimp Ceviche) y de Pescado (Fish Ceviche), To Go...Will definitely be back.

Nice little gem in the pico rivera area. I was hoping the selection would be bigger but the seafood they do offer is quality and fairly priced. I stop in here from time to time to time to pick up a fish to grill or char. Conveniently located and I love supporting local businesses. read more

I went in today to beu some Callo de Hacha and I asked how much the lady said 38.99 a lb so I said I'm already here I'll take them but I usually buy the for 30 a lb a Rio foods and she replied Well go buy them over there so I tell her to just stick the where the sun don't shine but in Spanish and you can imagine how anyway that's her reply to me was very unprofessional and I replied in the same or worst manner but in the end that's now way you should speak to a customer specially if I'm the only one it's not like ppl were lining up to buy over priced food read more

Definitely going back first time and won't be my last we bought some oysters very fresh and they have a pretty big selection of hot sauces for seafood surprisingly because the place is pretty small and great customer service. read more

Super excited to find out a seafood market was opening on this side of Pico Rivera. They have a wide selection of fish, steak cuts and whole fish. I ordered a pound of the ceviche, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. It is to be said they they do not use your typical tilapia in the ceviche. I also ordered the oysters, Baja based (Pacific side), medium and large size. They were very good on the salty side but that was to be expected. Overall I would definitely be back to try more of their menu. 4 Stars for now, I haven't tried enough of the menu. I will update my review once I try more, which I will! read more

History

Established in 2019.

Our family was born and raised in Nayarit, Mexico. This is the founding place for basted Seafood and Ceviche. Seafood is a traditional food item that is introduced to children early in their lives in our home town. Due to this fact, building a Seafood Business came easy for us. We have been learning about it since a young age. Our culture has taught us how to properly select fresh Seafood and how to prepare it in order to ensure its greatest taste. We aim to pass on that knowledge while at the same time build a business.

Meet the Business Owner: Saulo M.

The owners Saulo and Fabiola are focused on ensuring that each customer leaves with new knowledge about the products they sell. This is possible by the sharing of recipes or sauces from their home town. They treat each customer as if they were a member of the family. This is because their upbringing taught them that Seafood is something that is to be shared and that there are no secrets in sharing delicious recipes. They want each customer to leave with a smile on their face and with great quality Seafood so they can be the highlight of the party or dinner that they are hosting.
