I came in the afternoon with no line despite my expectations of a lunch rush, so that was awesome for me. My order is as follows: Size: Large Base: 1/2 salad, 1/2 rice. Protein: 3 scoops tuna, 1 scoop spicy tuna Mix: Cucumber, onion, jalapeño, cilantro Sauce: Ponzu Toppings: Furikake, green onion, ginger I had very limited interaction with the two ladies at the front, but they did their job and that's all any customer can ask for. The bowl satiated my appetite to an extent, but I was expecting a little bit more with a $20 purchase. I believe they lowered the amount of total protein scoops from five to four for a large bowl. But hey, resources are getting scarce by the day I guess. Tuna and spicy tuna was pretty great, although the ratio of protein to sides seemed a little too disproportionate than what I'm used to with other Poke places. Look at my bowl; hands down, this is my favorite go-to lunch spot. It is quite pricey, however, it's raw fish and veggies, so I will pay. This is the size regular bowl, which comes with 3 scoops of protein, half rice/half greens, and whatever toppings you want (I get tuna, spicy mayo, garlic/onion, edamame, etc...). This, plus a regular size fountain drink, cost me just under $20. The service is quick and convenient, like any other fast casual restaurant, as you order through a line and it goes fast. There is ample seating inside and outside, and a big parking lot as well, with other restaurants nearby such as Starbucks, a pizza joint, and a sandwich spot. I've come to Simply Poke multiple times for lunch, and I will continue to do so. :) read more

This place quite literally carried me for 3 years while I was at my corporate job. It was one of the only small joys I had while working in such a heavily industrious area. The staff greeted me immediately upon entry and provided quick and efficient service. I ordered a large bowl (you get four choices of fish) with salmon, spicy tuna, scallops, and shrimp. As an avid fan of spicy food, I had to try their lava sauce mixed with some ponzu and spicy mayo. Perfect level of heat that lived up to its name. Nothing intolerable but it provided that dry heat perfect for a quick lunch. The fish was definitely the highlight. Salmon was fresh and fatty. The shrimp was sweet and perfectly prepared. Spicy tuna was bright with flavor and the scallops were nice and juicy. I had browsed the menu prior to coming, and thought that they would have tortilla chips (I tend to order half rice and half chips for that crunch). Unfortunately, they did not have chips in stock. I was under the assumption that the large was 5 scoops of protein, and so I ordered 5 scoops of fish, and ended up having to pay for the extra scoop (shrinkflation is real!). I got the medium house sauce, some ponzu, and spicy mayo. But there were a lot more sauces; I did ask the employee what sauces were good, but he just kind of gave the usual generic recommendations.
