If you have trouble with stairs, there is an elevator but you have to search for it. It's not immediately noticeable from the street level. This seems to be a family-run restaurant. Since it was so late for lunch there weren't many people there, but I heard one woman say she comes there every day for lunch. I got the shrimp tacos and added avocado slices. The tacos were very good! We also got fried ice cream and THAT was terrific. I would definitely come back. I didn't care for the complimentary chips and salsa.
