    Pollo asado taco.

Really good tacos. I ordered two chicken/pollo asado and 1 carne asada tacos. They all tasted good. I'm definitely gonna come back here again. Reasonably priced tacos.

Heard the music from the street and decided to stop by. I ordered some birria tacos to go and they were prepared super quickly (less than 10 mins), but I found them to be not worth the price. 3 tacos for $20 is already absurd, and the water-y consommé and not spicy sauces did not help sell these to me. I was hungry enough that I scarfed these down but I definitely wouldn't get this again.

Pork pozole. It did not taste like pozole.

I'm originally from California and wanted to enjoy a nice Mexican meal for Christmas. I ordered the pork tamales which were overly salted no meat the sauce was just spread inside the tamale. I also ordered pork pozole. It was the worst I have ever had my entire life. Never again!

Yum from beginning to end. Pricey but worth the wait!! Consomé slapped crazy.

The food was everything we wanted it to be! Tasty, hot and well portioned. Staff was low so it took longer but regardless it was worth the wait.

Already planning our next visit back since they were out of al pastor tacos by the time we went there late Sunday afternoon. I really liked the carnitas and my husband fav was the carne asada. Plus the chips are my favorite kind of chips, thicker cut and crispy.

Don't let the outside deceive you. Once you walk in you'll smell the fresh cilantro and chile. It took a bit to translate the menu, but you'll figure it out. There are plenty of options. The server helped us figure it out and we were set. I ordered the El pastor tacos, beans & rice, and tortilla chips. The tacos were theeee best! What I loved the most is that the corn tortillas didn't fall apart!!! I hate it when I go to eat a taco and it falls apart. They cooked the tortillas enough so they held up, but were still soft. Did I already say how good the tacos were?! Along with the meat is cilantro, some onions, and you can top it with some green chili sauce. Sooooo good! The pico de Gallo was some of the best I've ever had. I know what you're thinking. How could you go wrong with pico de Gallo? Yeah, I wonder the same thing, but this pico was FRESH with just the right ratio of tomato, onion, cilantro, etc. Next time I'll order two of them. The chips are restaurant-made. That was our first indicator that the food was going to be ALL that we hoped it would be. AND it was. The beans were pinto beans. Memories from home and the ultimate comfort food. The were cooked perfectly with just enough seasoning. The rice was perfectly cooked too. This is the taco spot you need to try.

This is a restaurant inside of a massive grocery store. There's decent signage, but it's basically a labyrinth and the restaurant sits on the backside. The staff was really friendly. I got an Al pastor burrito and esquires to go. The food is pretty good. It's not super authentic more of a fusion, but it hits the spot. The Alpa store taco had avocados in it, which really gave me a baja mexican food vibes. The salsa was great - I will definitely be asking for more next time. I was really impressed with how much grocery they had inside this market because it looks quite small from the outside, but it's quite large. It looks really well maintained, and the shelves were being stocked. I will definitely be stopping by for Hispanic grocery items and for a quick fusion bite - it's good to know I don't have to drive to Highland town.

The market location adds charm, and I'd love to return to explore more! The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff also created such a welcoming environment! We ordered the Birria Tacos with Consommé, which were one of the best I've had! The tender, flavorful meat and rich consommé make this dish a standout, especially when dipping the cheesy tacos. For the three tacos, we chose al pastor, asada, and carnitas. Each one was equally delicious with savory and smoky flavors. I'd highly recommend checking Cinco de Mayo Dos out and exploring the market while you're here in Baltimore!
