This place has a salsa and toppings bar with about a dozen items to choose from. It was amazing. The barbacoa and al pastor were excellent, and the steak was good, but in a beef jerky kind of way. I know we were hungry but all our tacos were really delicious. They were also nice enough to prepare an order of the Birria tacos (three to the order), which were taken to go and delicious too! This is a casual taco place. They have an assortment of meats you can choose from including carne asada, chorizo, and chicken to name a few. They let you build your own tacos and bowls with a number of different condiments like pico de gallo, salsa verde, corn, etc. The service is pretty fast and they do have very limited seating. My only drawbacks are that I have noticed that one of the women there, uses the same glove when putting the raw meat on the grill and while building your tacos. The other issue I have is that they have what seems to be a poor ventilation system, and unfortunately, I tend to smell like food after leaving this establishment. read more

This order came with 3, and it was so generously filled; the shredded beef was super juicy, albeit slightly underseasoned. Steak / carne asado platter was a good 6 oz., and came with salad with tomatoes, fajita vegetables, your choice of beans, red or cilantro rice, and muy delicioso fresh guacamole. I did add a bit of salt which was available on the table. One suggestion would be to BYOU bring your own utensils because cutting steak with a plastic knife is not so easy, and the forks are very small! No biggie. Also BYOW - water or else buy from cooler. What a convenient place for tacos, a friend and I ended up visiting after a night out at the power plant. Ordering is pretty easy with a nice display board ( bathrooms are for paying customers). My friend got the tacos, and I the Birra tacos.... Rating for the Market Place location ONLY!!! One my top 5 Taquerias Pleasant staff and ambiance, music is always nice. I've tried most items in the menu. I usually spent about $20 on myself. My favorite orders: - 3 Street Tacos (1 protein choice w/cilantro & cebolla) is my TO-GO. Get the Asada(steak for some), well done and instead of the typical green sauce pick the guacamole base green along with the red sauce(dark looking, best combo) - Birria Tacos, not necessarily a fan of the dipping extra juice, doesn't always hit. Apply the same sauce combo I recommend above. Make sure your cheese is all melted! What I will never get again: - Churros, idk, just doesn't do for me for the establishment concept. - Quesadillas, TOO OILY! + I get stomach infection due to the amount of oil. Essentially, I'm just not a flour tortilla fan therefore Burritos are a no too. If you like Mexican aguas frescas( salvadorean kind is different flavor/base) they sell a few already bottled up.
