My husband and I split an order of the beef fajita nachos; I ordered poblano and cheese and barbacoa gorditas and my husband ordered the spinach enchiladas. The complimentary chips and salsa we started with were homemade and delicious. We could have easily split the nachos but we made room for some of the entrees before boxing the rest up to take home. We were very impressed by everything we ate. Their barbacoa was decadent and comforting. The enchiladas were nice and creamy. Their service is spectacular as well. I ordered a special drink. They actually make their own Agua Frescas and I chose the Jamaica and it was fantastic. We enjoy the mariachi style music that plays throughout the restaurant. If, like me, you are not a huge fan of pineapple, don't worry, the flavor is not overpowering, it adds a sweetness with just a hint. It's not overpowering, and it's easy to avoid the chunks of pineapple if you don't want to eat it on it's own. Our only issue was the bathrooms, they were dirty and didn't appear to be well maintained. The partitioned off area they were in was being used for storage making it hard to maneuver. Overall, we had a great experience as Villegas. Our service was fantastic, and the meal was memorable. Just remember that when ordering, keep the portion size in mind.
