The guy that helped my friends was great. Derek was very informative, knowledgeable and can tell he enjoys what he does. He made sure that the room my friends were in were thoroughly clean and explained what to expect when getting the piercings. He was also teaching someone too while talking to my friends. I think he did a great job making sure my friends were good and comfortable throughout. I didnt get anything but looking around if I do consider getting a piercing in the future, I would consider coming here for sure. At the end of my first appt they also quickly talked me into putting a deposit down for the next appt and they wouldn't refund me just a few days later. Very disappointed.
