Customer service is terrible. My daughter went in on Friday the 13 to take advantage of there special for a tattoo. It was very crowded and they took her name and number and said they would call her. She went to sit in her car because it was so crowded. She waited a long time and she went back in to check on her wait. They told her they were not going to do her tattoo because they said she left the premises when she was literally on the premises. They are a terrible tattoo place ! read more

Scheduled an appointment with the studio for a consultation, but when I got there, was told the artist wasn't available (wasn't even in the studio), and then was asked if I could come back in 5 hours. I just had my nipple reconstruction tattoos designed by Daniel today! This is the culmination of three years of breast cancer treatments and has been a daily reminder of my loss until today. He fashioned the most beautiful and perfect realistic nipples I have seen to date....they are even better than some I've seen by full time nipple tattoo persons. Daniel is a true artist and was compassionate and professional throughout the process. I can not submit a photo here but he does have photos of finished artwork that I allowed him to take...ask to see for yourself!! Horrible customer service. We called ahead to see if they could take walk ins and they said yes. Once we arrived, every tattoo artist there treated us as if we went in there and asked for a free tattoo. One artist finally said he would have some time in 30 minutes and to leave my number so they can call me to come back. After, we went outside to wait in the car and after an hour of waiting I decided to go home and I never received that call. Horrible. read more

(This review is for the 410 location specifically, I was unable to decipher locations on yelp!) The piercer Ashley quite literally traumatized me from ever wanting a piercing again. Firstly she berated me about my placement while being extremely condescending (all she was doing was downsizing my jewelry) for about 10 minutes saying it was done poorly all while I KNEW the placement was correct (I checked 5+ sources).I kept my comments to myself out of respect but then came the jewelry change, Ashley had 0 clue what she was doing and ended up Re-piercing my lip with the new bar, I'm great with physical pain (I have 6+ facial piercings) and so once I felt light headed + on the verge of tears I KNEW she had messed up (I saw my lips were bloody and swollen when I looked in the mirror). Ashley then CONTINUED to berate me again and again about it being "wrong" whilst laughing at me. I was BAWLING when I left the shop I WOULD NEVER recommend someone come here, she doesn't know proper placement, proper jewelry, or decorum. Please don't come here and end up like me I'm beyond scared to ever get a new piercing again.:(( read more
