I love a flor de calabaza taco/quesadilla/anything I can get my hands on, but it's hard to find most places. So, upon seeing that I could get a flor de calabaza quesadilla here, I took that opportunity up (alongside a delightful hibiscus agua). That quesadilla is one of the best I've ever had. The Oaxacan style tortillas are a bit thicker than what someone thinks of if they aren't Oaxacan, but whoooooosh. They are huge and delicious! Of note, this place caters to locals and to Spanish-speakers (as it rightfully should, especially given the area). If you feel that there's a level of rudeness/briskness - it's probably a language and a cultural barrier. We had great service and no problems with the staff.
