This place is busiest of the three food trucks in the same lot. Super friendly staff fast service. Decent price ( tacos are $3/each but they're bigger than average street taco.) Hand sanitizer available for all you over paranoid about the covid. They accept cash and card which is rare for a food truck, usually it's cash only. About the food: Green sauce - ok but kinda weak flavor. Red salsa- BOMB!!! it's got a kick with heat and a blast of flavor! So good! Cheese- Mexican cojita cheese which makes the food taste authentic af. Beans- the best beans I've ever had hands down... you can tell they are home made by like a traditional Mexican grandma. Rice- same as above Chicken Flautas- okay... not much chicken inside but they come with the sprinkled cojita cheese and sliced avocado and shredded lettuce. Good crunch and flavor wasn't bland. Carne asada tacos- the meat was flavorful and not chewy like some places. Jalapeño- this was the only part that could've done without . The jalapeño they garnish on the asada plate alongside with sliced red radishes was super super soggy... like slimy soggy. If you're a texture freak like me this would've made you cringe. All in all I'm satisfied with the experience here and I'd definitely stop by again. read more

Need a quick bite while on the road?? Well, just 500 ft west of Interstate 5 at the Ehlen Road exit (south of Wilsonville) is a great taco truck. Not just tacos! They have breakfast, too! I had a delicious chicken burrito with homemade chips and got to sit inside their inside dining facility! The Barito was delicious and had plenty of chicken but they also have other meats too. So if you're traveling and you don't want to spend a lot of money and you want some good food then stop here. read more

True Mexican food! I have only been by twice so far; once for steak tacos, the next for carnitas tacos. Both we excellent and at $1.50 each you can't beat the price. Nice tortillas, meat tastes fresh and is perfectly spiced and plentiful. I didn't even have to add sauce to the taco, they have plenty of heat for me. This little taco stand has a variety of different Mexican dishes and they are made to order. Some of the items are a bit pricey but it's something you'll have to deal with for good food! I love eating outside when the sun is nice and shiny and that is an option here. This joint is a ways away from anything but if you are stopping for fuel or a snack then this place is the way to go! read more

updating review to a 1 star because they haven't had carnitas as a meat option for days and when asked was given a wishy washy,"maybe we'll make it tomorrow." they got too big for their britches and the last time i ate their steak(last night) it was totally pre made and gave both of us the shits at 3am. the meat for the carne asada plate was Chinese buffet restaurant quality and not real beef. pass! I was impressed with this place. The tacos were quite good as was the service. They give you some radishes and great salsas with your tacos. The tortillas are hand made, and the tacos cost about $1.50 a piece. If you are near the truck stop on I-5 and need a quick fix, I highly recommend this taco truck compared to the places at the truck stop. Great tacos. read more

Food was great! Typical taco truck fare, excellent breakfast burrito. We had the chorizo and egg burrito. It was slightly spicy, very flavorful. I modified my breakfast burrito to be a taco plate, no problem. Their corn tortillas appear to be home made and were heavenly. Not grainy. read more

Closest to the old San Francisco Mission district taquerias I've had in Oregon. Tacos are actually big and fat also.

Maybe because it was the end of the day, but my torta meat was dry and tough. The bread was decent, and the horchata was good, just really sweet. The prices seem pretty cheap as those two items was only $8. It would be nice if the sign had prices listed. Also there was a slight communication breakdown, as I didn't get everything I asked for. Horrible..Stopped to get dinner on the way home. Took over a half an hour to get the food and there was only one person in front of me. Ordered carne asade and tacos dorado. When I finally made it home found that the tacos were actually deep fried taquitos that tasted like nothing but grease no idea where the fish was. Husbands carne asada was too tough to chew (and this is skinny meat) and full of fat. And it was $20.00. Tried to find a phone number for the business to complain and that was not possible. Have not eaten at the TA in over 10 years because the food was so bad but I think it would have been the safer choice. I will never stop again. Blech from a local who will definitely spread it around. The previous BBQ truck at that location was definitely superior in quality and was priced appropriately for a "roach coach" which definitely describes the food I just fed to the dog!! read more
