The people behind and in front of me were getting irritated too since there was a major delay. The receptionist said this wait time is "normal". At any other reputable center I've ever been, this is NOT normal or Ok. Not a 2 hour wait. Horrible experience and they were not friendly or even apologized about the delay. I don't recommend any place that doesn't value others time, its disrespectful and unreliable, makes me wonder about their practice in general.

The receptionist was rude and was unable to convey simple things. This office is unprepared and unprofessional. I have read reviews for others whose time was disregarded; my child missed unnecessary time from school, so I suppose it doesn't matter who you are. My sons appointment was at 08:30/ we arrived at 08:15. He wasn't even seen until approximately 10:00. Again, there were no patients! I requested a second opinion and to have treatment through the military dermatologist. That should say enough.
