It started with a cut to the tongue from a sharp edged implant. Dr. Heiner quickly reassured us it wasn't cancer but gave the option of a painful expensive biopsy. Instead he said it is most likely one of your many medications. Check them out for this side effect (oral lesions). Sure enough it was PROTONIX aka Pantaprazole. Two dats after stopping it my sore mouth and swallowing was greatly improved and the deep large ulcer started healing. Very smart and thorough Doctor. Wish he took my medical insurance. He is an MD. Guess you can try to submit a bill yourself.

They keep saying it's up to the finance office, but when I contacted them, they emailed me back saying the dental office hadn't reached out to them about my refund. It feels like they're just not being honest. It's been a month, and I still haven't heard anything about it.
