    Carne Salteada

This Argentinean restaurant is a gem hidden in a pretty dead strip mall next to a furniture store. We ordered a bunch of things: carne salteada, empenada, quiche, wine and the kids got pizzettes ( mini pizzas). Server was super attentive and asked for a google review after we left. Instead hes getting a yelp review. The steak was a little over cooked but very well marinated and came with a nice side of chimichurri. We got ham and cheese quiche and empenadas both fantastic. Thete was a nice kids menu but our kids opted for pizza instead. My wife enjoyed her cup of malbec. The meal was great but the deserts were the best part, we got bread pudding and a chocolate cookie cake.

Decent service, our waiter was pretty shy but he got the job done. Drinks were never empty for too long. Great decor, quick service. Visited on a Friday night and it was pretty empty. Not sure if this is typical or not. Food was very well priced and yummy. Clean bathrooms and all staff was masked. Also the pizzeta was only $6! We had to try.

Don't show up at 7 because they close at 8..... wouldn't serve us since there wasn't "enough time" for our food to be out.

1 Star is too much -- Very disappointing experience…read more We were really excited to try this restaurant because we were hoping for an authentic Argentinian dining experience. Unfortunately, it was nothing like what we expected, and the food was extremely disappointing. Then I found out the owner is Bolivian not even Argentinian. The chimichurri was red and had a very different taste than what we expected. The green hot sauce was basically like eating raw jalapeño--extremely overpowering. The mashed potatoes were watery and very salty, and the broccoli was literally sitting in so much water that almost half of the bowl was full of it. The rice tasted like microwave rice, and the French fries were just ordinary fries. The biggest disappointment was the meat. It was extremely fatty, chewy, and had almost no flavor. The chicken was overcooked and tasted like leftovers that had been reheated. For an Argentinian restaurant, the quality and preparation of the meat should be one of the highlights, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. Honestly, we could barely eat our food and ended up leaving most of it. What made the experience even worse was that, despite barely being able to eat the food, we were still charged half of the meal. The total bill was over $85, and that included $5 for a small cup of what tasted like microwave rice. Just in case the food looks half-empty in the pictures, we did put some of the food onto our plates to try it. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat it, so that's why some of the containers look partially empty. As someone who was genuinely looking forward to trying Argentinian food, this experience was incredibly disappointing. In my opinion, this restaurant does not represent the quality or flavors that people expect from Argentinian cuisine. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I would not return.

They give you toasted bread with chimichurri as a starter-- definitely a nice addition. For the main course we had the vacio and bife de chorizo, both were excellent and served with a salad and fries. The beef was perfectly cooked to order and well seasoned. For dessert we had the flan con dulce de leche, wow! Really nice closing to a great meal. They also have a nice selection of wines and a full bar. If you're a soccer fan (specifically River Plate) you'll enjoy the place a little more. They have a replica of the FIFA World Cup you can hold. Anyway, definitely a worthwhile place to go for a meal if you're in the area. Note: they open at 5:00 pm.

I've had ravioli at many restaurants, and this is by far the best! But let's start from the beginning. The place is small, there's not getting around that part. Let's call it quaint. There's the bar, several 2-seater tables, and a few 4-seater tables. Think converted row home, but only the first floor. Still, it packs a punch, in a good way. Let's call it cozy. We had a reservation, so we were seated right away. We started with cocktails. I ordered an espresso martini and my partner ordered El Fresco. They were both tasty. I've had better espresso martinis, but it was still good. My second drink was a beer. The draft machines were down, but the beer was still good. My partner ordered the strip steak that came with fries and salad. It wasn't your average salad. It was delicious. The fries had garlic & parsley. The were delicious as well. And she absolutely loved the steak. So much so that she kept trying to save some for the next day. It was a delicious meal! The parking is street parking. It's a cute spot. We'll be back!
