This is a nice Smith's with nice employees. Places like grocery stores and popular food chains will…read moreoften have low overall ratings, but that's because they have so many customers and more who would get online to complain about their bad experiences. Bottom line is that these places that cater to thousands of customers a day will have a proportionate large number of complaints. But that will not stop people from still shopping there. Such is the case for this Smith's. This location is clean, well stocked, and has nice employees. I don't know what else you would look for in a grocery store. The high end would be Harmon's, low end would be Ream's. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

This is absolutely unacceptable conduct by a cashier to see the shopping cart was still full of items just ring up 1 item and then close out the order and not allow the shopper to keep using the same QR code. All because of a language barrier and now I have no money and no food, I also have to wait few days to get a refund. The manager at Smiths was NO help whatsoever and kicked the can down the road because of instacart This is poor quality of customer service and negligence on the cashier and NO customer service care by the manager. Very disappointing in the store and its workers

Obviously from my rating u know how much I love this place. They have flash frozen tuna and hamachi. They have everything u need! I would have taken a photo of all the different poke I've made, but I would rather enjoy the moment than share something no one cares about. Stop taking pictures of your food!!! They have everything, even banana leaves. Crazy. Love this place. Oh and their hot food is great too.

I still go to other markets for certain items (like my favorite kimchi brand that H Mart doesn't sell) but I come here for everything else. It's insanely clean and bright and smells good inside, for those who care about such things. Their produce is fresh and well-stocked (though sometimes random things are very picked over like green onions). They have tons of variety in brands so I can find exactly which Korean/Thai/Chinese variety I've gotten used to. Very well stocked in the pantry aisle and a nice selection of kitchenware and household items, beauty products, gifts. The deli section is well stocked with ready-made kimbap and banchan. Big freezer and seafood section too. There is only a boba and K-beauty shop in the leased storefronts in the front of the market but hoping they attract some restaurants into the area soon like Chinatown. We need some good Asian food down south!
