All because of a language barrier and now I have no money and no food, I also have to wait few days to get a refund. The manager at Smiths was NO help whatsoever and kicked the can down the road because of instacart This is poor quality of customer service and negligence on the cashier and NO customer service care by the manager. I walked into this Murray location last week and it was so refreshing after having a rough experience at a different local grocery store. Seriously clean, stocked deli case, and end caps full of gluten-free foods that were clearly labeled. Yes, I took pics for my gluten-free friends, don't judge me! Really though, the new management team is making a huge difference for this location. One of the Managers (didn't catch a name) was so she nice and took the time to walk me through finding the vitamins I was looking for and help me find the best gluten-free protein. Plus they have the best GF brownie bites that I can't find anywhere else!

It shares with a bunch of places and is always busy. I also think the way the carts are set up is a little awkward without a good way to put it back without blocking the road.
