The butchers here are knowledgeable and eager to help with any meat-related questions. My charcuterie was cut to a razor-thin width and the owner even threw in a few complimentary links of their very tasty bratwurst. I asked him to cut the chuck roast into packages of steaks for me so they gave me in each package 2- 2 pound slabs of meat so four pounds per package. How is that cutting into packages of steaks so I defrost them I have to cook 4 pounds of steak. I bought a quarter of a beef from them last year and they sent it through Nephi and it was awesome. I got well well over 140 pounds of meat at least 60 pounds of burger last year this year. I only got 30. I understand it was a smaller cow. I just feel like I got taken by these guys this year.

I don't know why there are reviews criticizing the bun as being a "store bought," regular, and generic. It was obviously a crafted bun and of high quality that matched the burger. The fries were nicely seasoned and fried perfectly in their tallow, which is what I wished all the burger joints would use for their fries. Like McDonald's used to do when their fries were the best. I'm not a fan of fry sauce--I know, heresy in Utah! LOL--but I did like and use their fry sauce, it is good. They use the same spice in it as they do their fries. The employees are very friendly. The interior is simple. We ate at the window bar which was nice. Looked in their refrigerator case and their meat looks excellent. Their prices are really reasonable, in some cases about equal to grocery store prices, so why buy grocery store meat? I will be back! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good.
