We finished our meal and waited an additional 15-20 minutes for someone to come check on us. I found four staff members hanging out by the check-in podium, completely oblivious. They didn't care. If the food here was great, or there was a huge crowd, then the wait times and the horrible service might be acceptable. But as it is, I think the only thing this place has going for it is it there is nothing else in Pulaski. Food: 2/10 Service: Used to be good, the last two times literally the worst I've ever had. 0/10 Will never eat here again.

Roca's is literally maybe two miles away from RU Campus. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and sat down. The table was attached to a window and there were a few ants crawling around.
