Good food and fun ambiance. Waiter was awesome and really quick; we ordered the chimichanga and the chicken enchiladas. Portions were extremely generous. Definitely will return!

Came here on a Saturday evening and there were a few other tables occupied. Got the fried calamari and 3 tacos - al pastor with pineapple, shrimp, and carnitas. Everything came out delicious but the al pastor with pineapple was my favorite!!! We also got an order of churros with a side of Nutella for dipping as dessert and it was so good. Everything was reasonably priced. Finally some decent tacos for the area! The staff were all super nice, great service, and I really enjoyed my meal. Will definitely be coming back for tacos again and trying other things on their menu!

    Chips con salsa

    - Chips con Salsa: Think Tostitos Mild sauce, but make it authentic. Salsa was sweet, which threw me off initially, but still tasted good. Corn chips tasted freshly made. 5/5 - Carnitas Taco: tasted like lechon (Filipino pork). There were fatty pieces that augmented the flavor. 4/5 - Carnitas Burrito: was looking for a California Burrito on the East Coast, but this place offered fries with the burrito. Figured I'd just jam it in there. Lots of rice and beans, which tasted good initially but led to me getting full quick. 4/5 - Ambiance: Servers kept staring at me while I ate. Kinda weird. Overall, underrated Mexican joint in Flushing, Queens. Left us full and content. Nice bathroom too. 5/5

    Carne Asada Chimichanga

This place has become my go to local Mexican spot. Discovered it by accident and have been coming here since. Has not disappointed and have been consistent. My go to order has been the tacos or the carne asada chimichanga. They definitely don't skimp on the meat. The guac is very fresh and creamy. Pricing is good. A chimichanga was $16. Tacos are about $4.50+ each. Very family style. After ordering they give you free chips and salsa. The waitress is very nice and during one visit she let me sample a drink because I was curious about it. As for payment they accept both cash and card.

We love this place. One of our favorite Mexican place! We've tried a lot of their tacos, chimicangas, & tortas. Everything were so good. Good portion. If you live nearby and looking for some good Mexican food, this place is worth trying.

Authentic Mexican food in Flushing. No need to go to Corona or Jackson Heights for good Mexican food. Bar is loaded and service is alright.

We walked up to a casual, convenient setup with ordering kiosks and a quick pickup-style format that works well for a fast meal. The concept is simple, focusing on Mexican street-style birria with tacos, mulitas, and other dishes built around slow-cooked meat and flavorful consommé. The food court setting means seating is shared, and the atmosphere depends more on the mall environment than the restaurant itself, making it a practical stop for a quick meal while exploring the area. The main highlight is the birria tacos, which come packed with flavorful meat and pair especially well with the consommé for dipping. We ordered a few and found the consommé to be the standout item, with a rich, savory flavor that added a lot to the tacos. The tacos are on the smaller side, so ordering multiple is the better way to fully enjoy the meal, and the mulita and other menu options are also good choices if you want something more filling. The quality of the food is what makes Birria Landia stand out. The flavors are bold, the meat is well seasoned, and the combination of crispy tortillas with the juicy birria creates the kind of texture that makes the dish enjoyable. The main downside is the pricing, especially compared to the original food truck experience. Being inside a mall location makes it feel more expensive than what you might expect for street-style tacos, and the value feels less competitive given the portion size. The ordering process is simple and efficient, with the food coming out relatively quickly. The staff handled the flow well, and the kiosk system made it easy to customize orders without holding up the line. Since it is located inside a food court, seating is shared, so it can get busy during peak hours, but it works well for grabbing a quick meal while exploring the area. Birria Landia is a solid spot for birria tacos, especially if you are looking for a flavorful and casual meal. The consommé and taco combination is the reason to visit, and while the prices are higher than a traditional street setup, the quality of the food makes it worth trying. It offers a dependable, quick birria fix in a convenient location, even if the mall setting takes away some of the street food charm.

I absolutely loved their lengua tacos and Jamaica Agua Fresca. The Jamaica was perfectly tart and had the amount of sweetness, and the lengua tacos weren't overly salty and was so tasty. The Carne asada burrito tho, while it was good, it was overwhelming filled with rice and it had very little beans. It was fine, but I wasn't as satisfied with the burrito, compared to the tacos. The service was amazing. The woman at the front was so sweet and recommended some items. It is a family run restaurant, so it's not huge, but you can tell their food was made with love. I wish I tried the tamales, but on that day, they guy making it was out, but next time I plan to try it! I'll definitely be coming back for their Jamaica Agua Fresca and their lengua tacos though. 100% so good!

Came in for a late breakfast early lunch. Got the flautas, the chilaquiles, a taco and they even had champurrado. Flautas - crispy, a bit thicker on the tortilla than I'd like and the chicken was a tad dry. The chilaquiles were flavorful, did salsa verde, added a fried egg and chorizo. Loved it, very very filling and probably didn't need the rice and beans. That being said, the rice and beans were very tasty! The taco was good, grabbed an al pastor but the chilaquiles are still my favorite. They had champurrado which is a Mexican hot chocolate that's hard to come across. They recommended to try the enchiladas next time, I shall and will report back. Overall though, very unassuming Mexican spot that I was glad to find.
