Had my car repaired there after my State Farm Agent recommended them. Barbara was most excellent to work with; she's great! Body work was "OK"; some issues with body panel alignment, not enough to re-do, but not perfect either. Paint was done well and car was delivered clean and on time. Wanted to give them another chance (good body shops are hard to find), this time asked them for an estimate for some non-insurance damage. The estimate came in really high (over twice what another reputable shop had quoted) and when I questioned it, the written estimate (miraculously) was $250 lower than what I was quoted. Spoke to Tony (someone in a position of authority), and he basically asked me to take my business elsewhere...which I will. Much time invested in that second go around, trying to make it work, to no avail. read more

It's only been a month since I purchased my car, and unfortunately was rear ended. The insurance company gave me a list of Autobody Shops, and with the reviews I went with Percision. I called before I arrived, and Jose provided me in detail what would take place and the order in which things would be done. I was greeted by 3 gentlemen, all very kind. Jose checked out my car and discussed what type of work would possibly be completed. He also expressed concerned about other imperfections from the pervious owner, he has a great eye! My rental was on the way while I waited, and was there in 5 mins. I handed over my car on Monday and was called on Thursday, just 3 days! I am very pleased with the work that was done. Someone deeply scratched the door of my 3 months old Silverado truck. Brought it to Precision after doing a lot of research into local body shops. Brought it in on a Wednesday morning and was able to pick it up Friday afternoon. Incredible turn around time. I really didn't think it would be done that fast. They did a great job for a fair price. I had checked around other places so I knew what the prices were for the job. They were right in the middle. I went with them because their operation looked professional and organized and because of the many good reviews. The door looks like nothing ever happened. They answered all my questions, told me what to expect, and what may cause the price to go up, all laid out ahead of time. The price didn't go up eventually. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I don't normally leave reviews unless a business is really good or really bad. This one is really good. Would definitely use them again. I highly recommend Precision Paint and Body Shop! They have excellent customer service, work quickly and have reasonable prices. I brought in my 2019 Mercedes C300 after the front bumper was dislodged and they provided a quote that was priced lower than most other places I looked at. In addition, I asked Tony if the job could get done as quickly as possible (within a day) as my schedule and availability is extremely limited and he assured me that he would do everything possible to help me out. Sure enough, the next morning I called in and they had received all the parts overnight and were able to complete it by the afternoon. I chose Precision based on other people's reviews. I am soo happy that I did. Service was immediate, professional, honest, timely, spectacular from start to finish. I honestly can not recommend them enough. When I had my car accident, I had the option of going elsewhere, i.e., they are one of 51 approved vendors (insurance wise) to choose from in my area. Jose and the Precision Paint & Body team made my Mazda3 look like a brand new car. Before going to Precision, I went to four other body shops to get estimates for scrapes and dents on my car. Precision not only gave me the best price, they were also the only shop that said I could keep my original bumper. All the other shops told me I would have to purchase a replacement . My Mazda has a tricky "soul red" color to match and Precision was able to do it perfectly. You can't even tell that I had work done on the car. I hope I don't have to go to a body shop again any time soon, but if I do, I'll head back to Precision Paint & Body without hesitation. read more

This is an amazing body shop with top-notch customer service. My car got rear ended a few weeks ago, and these guys made the back of my car look like new. They not only took great care in replacing what was damaged, but also threw in some minor details which I appreciated. I work outdoors a lot, and I tend to track in mud or plant debris into my car. I was planning to clean up my car some more after the body work was done, and to my surprise they shined up my car both inside and out.. I am embarrassed to say I have needed Precision's services twice in two years (apparently I am a terrible driver!). But the repair work could not have gone more smoothly. The first accident was very serious -- half of my car was smashed in. After Precision finished, the car looked brand new and you never would have known it was in an accident. The second accident was much more minor, but again, Precision made my car look brand new. The whole process went smoothly. They even helped me book a rental car (that picks me up at their garage), they dealt with all of the insurance issues, and they are always friendly and helpful. read more

From the beginning, I was most impressed with Tony Jr., as well as the facility, and I decided to trust my Cadillac to them. I am thrilled with the result.
