I had the unfortunate experience of being fraudulently charged thousands of dollars by this business. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, FAA Transportation has shown no willingness to correct their fraudulent practices. I don't even care that the Shuttle was late and had to stop twice for gas for a 30 minute drive. One day after the ride there was a $6000 charge, and a $4927 charge. Multiple attempts to get this resolved and Frank gives you the run around. FRAUD ALERT. Do not trust this company with your credit card. Look for other reviews of same experience here and on Google Reviews. On April 2, 2024 I booked a pickup from PSP (Palm Springs) to a home I was visiting in Palm Desert for the next morning (April 3) through the FAA Transportation website, and provided my credit card. The car booked was a black SUV, with a car seat for my son. The cost of this trip was approx. $168 USD and was charged to my card the night I made the booking. My cell phone gives me notifications when my credit card is charged, and on June 15, I noticed, in real time, that FAA had charged my credit card $14,831.33, and had made additional attempts to charge me another $15,000 which had failed. This was very strange. I called the number for FAA immediately and nobody picked up. So, I then called my credit card company and asked them to do a charge back as I had never authorized this transaction. To my surprise, when the credit card company sent the charge back notice to FAA, someone at FAA submitted fake evidence to support the transaction to the credit card company, attempting to claim that it was a valid transaction. I then called FAA again, and this time someone named "Frank" answered the phone. I explained the situation to Frank and he asked me to send him the paperwork I received from the credit card company over text message, which I did, as well as politely asked him to please have someone contact me to explain why they would submit fake evidence (I worried that someone at the company was defrauding the company itself). He has now completely ghosted me. FAA is a booking service but the drivers often own their own vehicles and have their own businesses as well. The fact that FAA have successfully but fraudulently charged my credit card, months later, over $14,000 USD, and tried to charge it an additional $15,000 USD is very scary. I am continuing to work with my credit card company to reverse this charge, and will also be notifying the licensing authorities and other groups about this fraud. WARNING! PAYMENT FRAUD! This company charged our credit card without us authorizing it, and they did not even charge it in accordance with their stated agreements, even if we HAD authorized the charges. Usually when someone writes a disgruntled review, you can find where the client made a mistake or had an unclear understanding of the expectations. However in this case you'll see that a business education at University of Buffalo wasn't enough to help FAA Limo CEO Frans Abbo learn business ethics very well. In short, we attempted to book a vehicle from this business 10 days before our Wine Tour Event which requires a 1 week cancellation time period with a non refundable $100 fee per their agreement. We decided to cancel less than 6 hours after booking due to a family emergency (which, if Frans had any good sense he would understand is actually in the best interest of his business, had he known the details). After we put in our notice to cancel, Frans immediately charged our credit card for 375% more than the cancellation policy fees in his stated agreements, and stated that he did so because that is the cancellation policy. However, it was not the cancellation policy stated on his website. When we attempted to reason with him, he ignored us and we never heard back from him. Must be really hurting for change huh Frans? UNAUTHORIZED CARD CHARGES This company charged a $375 "cancellation fee". As of 6/29/22: 1- Their website does not show pricing, you book for $0/hr 2- Their terms and conditions does not authorize this vendor to charge your card 3- Their agreement states the reservation is not finalized until a signed rental agreement, which would be different to the site's terms of conditions / contract agreement 4- Even if everything was done correctly on the vendor's end, the supposed terms of conditions State the cancellation needs to be done 1 week in advance with $100 cancellation We attempted to book a vehicle from this business 10 days before our Wine Tour Event, cancelled a few hours later once we got the proposal, and were billed 375% more than the "stated" cancellation fee if they were even authorized to charge my card!! Should I mention he didn't even have the audacity to let me know until I got "receipt"? We only booked without a proposal because we say the terms and conditions didn't state points 1-4 above. This guy is a sleazy sales vendor but thankfully his terms and conditions aren't even written well enough to legally allow him to do so. We tried to respectfully address this with FAA but of course, he became non-responsive. Now going through the dispute process with my credit card. I used this company once before. Although I thought they overcharged me on the return ride, the service was good. I booked them again for another trip. I had to cancel because our flight got cancelled. I contacted them immediately with this information. It took 5 times. Phone calls, e mails, texts- before anyone would respond to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS CANCELLATION HAS BEEN AWFUL. Still waiting for my refund. I wil now have to dispute charges with my credit card company. Frans, you seemed like a nice enough guy, but I was also skeptical of a $20 black car ride, when Uber cost $63 from Chula Vista to Mission Hills. However, my friends insisted. Pros: Your SUV is Super Nice and Clean, You were a safe driver, Your Car Service is Definitely Worth $120 for that distance Cons: You are not that truthful. You Did Say $20. All parties in the car spoke impeccable English. I was dropped off first and insisted that I drive my friends to their house. You said, "how far is it"? Which my friend replied "5 more miles". She specifically said, "I will pay you $40, will that work". Your response was "Yes". Sorry Sir, but that's how the conversation went. Again, your service is totally worth the $120, you just need to be up front and honest with people. Because some people (self included) would pay that amount to get home quicker, safer and more comfortable. Frans was waiting outside of a concert venue with a " SUV available" signnand offered my two girlfriends and I a ride home for $20. We repeated $20 when he offered and he confirmed. We later asked if he could drop off my second friend for an additional $20 for a total of $40, he said yes. The second drop off was a ten minute ride. When he dropped us off he said the cost was $120! We pushed back but he kept saying it was $120 even though we both said he quoted us $20 for the first drop off and an additional $20 for the second drop off for a total of $40. He argued with us until we ended up giving him all our cash to get out of the car and situation. I do not recommend using his service. Next time we will use an Uber. Untrustworthy and a total bait and switch situation. Don't use unless you have a written quote. read more

Our planned flight for an international trip departing from San Diego was cancelled, and we had to rebook our flight out of LAX. Our rental car reservation wasn't ready as planned, so we needed to book a shuttle to LAX the morning of our travel on extremely short notice. Not only was a vehicle available, they were able to come and pick us up within an hour of our request. We ended up having a limo bus for 6 of us to LAX, and our driver Ghassan was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I decided to book with FAA after doing my research with all the Party Bus companies on google. WISH I WOULD'VE CHECKED YELP!!! I booked on 1/24/2023 with Frans for my event at 8pm on 2/17/2023. In our emails I had advised I was surprising my sister with a birthday party. We just to cruise with bathroom stops. Without any communication to me the company decides to send 2 sprinter vans for my party. I called and spoke to Frans letting him know this was not going to work. After going back and forth for a while he decides to call me back, but before lets me know he will find an outcome that would make me happy, but also needed to make his boss happy. The replacement bus arrives close to 9:30. The driver was awesome, but the bus could not fit 28 people. Something Frans neglected to tell me or we would have cancelled in that moment. I had to send 4 people home who had been waiting over 2 hours now. We still had zero room in the bus. Myself and one other person stood the whole time while others sat on each others laps. Everyone was uncomfortable so we had to stop at a bar, which was never our plan to spend more money. The next day I spoke with who I believe to be the owner. Texts from him stating he was not in town to give him 2 days to get back and speak to his staff. After 3 days I speak to him on the phone and after I explain the situation he proceeds to tell me he will not be helping as this is not what he does for the company. Now I'm back to Frans who thinks it is ok to offer me a $200 with a $200 credit to use in the future.....I attempted to reach out the "the owner" and now I am blocked. read more

This company is the best!!! We used a large party bus and small party bus for guest transportation for our wedding! We were so nervous about the 25 min transportation time from hotel to venue and back because they had to make several round trips. They are amazing!!! They were so kind, ON TIME, reliable and there buses were clean and could have everything you need! They were given lists of guests on each bus and they followed it perfectly! They are well priced (cheapest we found). They added a bus at the last second to help accommodate the demand. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using them again for any events! Absolute jerk drivers. Frans seems to think that he doesn't need to wait in line to get into a business like everyone else. Just today 11/3/19 he was in one of his Escalades (FAALUX5) license plate and almost crashed into my truck and a woman's Jeep because he wasn't willing to wait in line for a car wash. I would never recommend a business who's drivers have so little regard for other drivers and safety. Stick with Uber and Lyft.
