We stopped by this Mexican taco truck and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and portion sizes! We ordered the wet chicken burrito, fish tacos, chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla, and chicken fajitas. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The portions were huge, so come hungry! They also offer a special menu on Fridays and Saturdays, which is a nice bonus if you're looking to try something different. The seating area was very comfortable with a covered shed, plenty of benches, and fans. What really stood out during the hot weather were the mist sprinklers, which made dining outside much more enjoyable. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Alex for providing excellent customer service. I first tried this food truck a few months ago and just got tacos. They were good so I told myself I would come back again and try a burrito on my next visit. I love Mexican food and I am on the road for business three days a week so, I see a lot food trucks. The price tag for their burritos are a bit on the pricey side ($10-12) so I had high hopes since their tacos are $2.75. Now for the bad news. I ordered the basic $10 pollo burrito since I didn't want a wet burrito. It came with beans, rice, cilantro, onions, guacamole, sour cream and chicken. However, I held off on the sour cream. When I was handed the burrito it was thin and not as big as I had hoped. The beans were refried pinto and seem to dominate the contents along with the rice. I couldn't even taste the chicken because I couldn't even find it in the burrito. I wanted nice big chunks of grilled chicken. There was almost zero avocado, cilantro and onion so all I could taste was tortilla, rice and beans. I had asked for a habanero salsa but was handed their hottest salsa which was medium heat at best. For $10 it was the saddest burrito I've been served in a long time. read more
