The burrito was very good with a generous portion of steak. The chili smothering the buritto was flavorful but not very spicy. I wish they provided a little more pico salsa on the side, there was probably a teaspoon of pico. I enjoyed the buritto, it was sizeable, flavorful but not spicy enough for my taste buds. The server was good, she was attentive and pleasant. The place was clean, prices were reasonable, service was good as well as the food. Would I go back ? I might go back if the planets align but I wouldn't make a special trip. My only real letdowns were the shortage of pico and they don't offer free chips and salsa. I've come to expect and appreciate Mexican restaurants who still offer free chips and salsa.

The restaurant is small (max occupancy of 72) and has no public restroom - it's out the side door and down the hall in the shared part of the building. The menu options are plentiful although I gravitate to the same each time - why deviate from deliciousness?! They also make burritos, salads, bowls, quesadillas, street tacos, desserts and side items. Soda fountain options are a bit limited but they also have Coke in bottles and a variety of alcoholic beverage options or water, tea or lemonade. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. They have other ramen here was well, such as a chicken-based shio ramen, a regular tonkotsu, and a Thai curry ramen. I definitely would return to try the other ramen. If the other items on this menu is as tasty, I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.
