There is not a lot of places in Muleshoe to eat so I decided to stop here and take a break and give it a try. That ended up being the best decision I made all week. I had the Guisado Verde and it was the best that I have had in years. The salsa was excellent had a nice kick to it. They even had home made desserts and I got a pack of cookies that were very tasty as well. The place was clean with excellent service. Sometimes when you go to an authentic Mexican restaurant you never know what your going to get or if this old redneck is going to be welcomed but they made me feel that was welcome and was happy to explain things to me when I didn't know what something was.
