There is not a lot of places in Muleshoe to eat so I decided to stop here and take a break and give it a try. That ended up being the best decision I made all week. I had the Guisado Verde and it was the best that I have had in years. The salsa was excellent had a nice kick to it. They even had home made desserts and I got a pack of cookies that were very tasty as well. The place was clean with excellent service.
