I called just to let them know, mainly because I thought their oven might have been running a little too hot. I wasn't asking for a refund or expecting anything in return. To my surprise, they went above and beyond. They made me a brand-new pizza and delivered it to my house, and they even replaced a broken BBQ sauce bottle, completely free of charge. Things happen, but what really matters is how a business handles them. Avery's BBQ handled it incredibly well, and I'm super impressed with their customer service and willingness to make things right. There were only a couple other people there when we arrived and another couple was just leaving. The 6 of us quickly found machines to start playing on and the fun never stopped! The JAWS pinball machine and Mrs. Pac -Man video game were my two favorites. They have 3 driving games, a large selection of pinball games, and a handful of old school video games -- including Mortal Kombat. We got more than our money's worth with the quality time we got to spend together as a family. My mom and I certainly enjoyed the flashback with some of these games. She even got the new high score on the Ninja Turtle pinball machine! Thank you for a great time. We look forward to returning in the future with more family and friends.
