Food: When it comes to street tacos this place is the best. I would say it's some of the best tacos I've had and I frequent plenty of Mexican restaurants / trucks and this is always a treat. Hard to decide what's best between the AL pastor or Carne asada. I've always heard they have one of the best shrimp and steak burritos if you are into that. Tacos are 5/5. Still my favorite taco truck in this area. The super burritos are awesome, as are the tacos. The meats are super tasty, in particular I really enjoy the pastor. The salsa he makes is really good. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get as well as the excellent preparation. I make a point of stopping whenever I am driving through. It really is a food truck (trailer, actually) that is permanently situated here - right next to a Western-wear store that gets a lot of confused, hungry tourists. J had the chorizo tacos, and my husband had a chicken burrito. Both were delicious. Beware, the chorizo is spicy! The small tacos are tiny - you'll want at least 3 of them, but at 2.50 apiece that's quite affordable. read more

Possibly the worst burrito I've ever had in my life. Ordered a super burrito Asada and and it was the driest burrito of my existence. I don't know if it's standard procedure there to have no rice in their burritos or if they forgot it like they forgot the sour cream. The Asada was flavorless and chewy. Def will never go here again. read more

I don't know what it is about this little community of crows Landing in their authentic Mexican food but this trailer has to be one of the best in the central valley! So far I've not had any bad meal here, and I work in the area a lot so I come pretty regularly. read more

I've been coming here for the past 13 years and I can't believe I've NEVER rated El Sombrero!!! By far one of the best taco trucks around...legendary status, if I may say so myself. Please do yourself a favor and stop by here (I recommend phone order if it's around lunch time, especially on Fridays). This taco truck has been around for a long time. I remember being one of the people that recommended shrimp with asada in a burrito and next thing you know they had it and it is delicious. Of course now that I came back I realized they moved and now have supreme burrito and other stuff like other taco trucks have. The only thing I dont like is that the burritos keep getting smaller. Used to come here a lot when my family and I wanted tacos or burritos for lunch or dinner. The food was great but I went there recently and I wasn't satisfied. I ordered a regular burrito of Asada and the meat was really salty, the tortilla was over cook so it was kind of hard, and there really wasn't much in there. The only thing I left out when I ordered was onions and all I got was meat and salsa. Probably never going to order a burrito of Asada again if I do end up going back. read more
