The food is great! We ate dinner here tonight (Friday). We got in line just in time and beat the crowd. The service was good. You order what you want from the menu and receive a buzzer that signals when your order is ready. The ambiance is like that of many taco trucks. There is music playing, tables available for seating and other taco trucks nearby. We ordered asada tacos (5/5), asada burrito (4/5), chicken burrito (4/5) and the special, a wet burrito, chicken with green sauce (5/5). Honestly, These guys don't miss. I go roughly once a week. My two favorite items are crunch wraps and the burrito bowls. The burrito bowls are similar to what you would get at chipotle but with much more authentic flavors and added items. The crunch wraps are equally as delicious. Their service is quick, consistent and their employees are always so kind to talk to. The seating area is always clean with multiple places to sit either in the sun or in the shade. Also, they speak both English and Spanish which is a big benefit in my book because I know there is people out there that can't speak Spanish and there can be a language barrier when ordering at other taco trucks. read more

Just picked up lunch. 4 asada tacos and a cup of corn. Very disappointed with the tacos. There was a lot of fat in the meat. I understand that it can't be totally lean but I definitely had to pick through it before eating it.. the corn was good though and the girl at the window was nice. I ate one taco in the parking lot and from the other 3 tacos this is how much fat and gristle I had to pick out. Not worth the $15 I paid. read more

Ordered a few tacos to go, Al pastor was nice and thick, big slices & good flavor. Asada was cut up smaller but good flavor as well. I asked for a couple of extra things like pickled jalapeños, and a drink. The service and the ambiance was great, the workers were kind. The gentleman helping me didn't have the drink I wanted and grabbed it from another truck. They did forget my jalapeños. All the trucks in this lot are busy but this truck moved with urgency and took the time to give recommendations. They have a sign up that says every day specials but they only have them Sundays (lol) Overall I would like to go back and try something different but would absolutely get tacos again! read more

The food is very good, we have had the crunch wrap which is amazing! My kids have had the torta and we have had the tacos and they don't disappoint and the salsas are great too especially the chipotle sauce that comes with the crunch wrap! We keep going back and the staff is very nice! read more

Be ready for an honest review, let's start with first impression. Be careful they will give you a price and then when you show them a credit card they will add an 8.9% fee. Not posted anywhere. Ask for salsa, no problem add $1.00 more. Not a good impression. Now food, good variety some items you won't see at other taco trucks. Food is good, no problem there. Now another bad thing, the illusion of food safety exists they all wear black gloves, and the same pair when making food, when existing truck to pickup supplies and enter a neighboring taco truck as it appears they are a sister business or family, they will re-enter their truck, accept my cash money, not change gloves and then return to complete our meal be adding the limes in to go box. Draw your own conclusions. I wish I would have thought this through before eating my meal. Cross fingers I don't get sick. read more

DO NOT order the asada fries. I'm not sure if they had ran out of fries prior to making my wife's plate but I kid you not there was a total of like 15 small skinny fries in the whole plate. For a Taco truck the food is very good at a great price. The service is great too. I like the street tacos and the chalupa. For $5.00 the chalupa is a great buy. I need to try some of the other menu items next time I go. Good location on the north west part of town. There are tables to sit at when the weather is good. Parking is also good unless they are busy. read more

Food is very creative and different from other taco trucks. I guess the owners brother was there to close up. While we were eating he just randomly takes a picture of us. Kind of weird for sure. Great food and great service! I have been here several times, and I've tried several items (flautas, tacos, and tortas) and everything has been delicious. I always call ahead and my order is ready by the time I arrive. I think they are now on East Avenue Saturday-Monday, and on Golden State Blvd Tues-Fri, their menu changes slightly based on their location. Everything here is excellent. Good and friendly service. Recommend the assada tacos Chicano, and the chalupas are insanely good.

Tried this place out last week, I might've just gone on a bad day, but the meat had so many cartilage pieces I gave up 1/2 way through a chalupa. If they buy better meat and season it more and chop it finer, then the place would be similar to their other trucks (David's and Elvia's on East Ave-- which are AMAZING).
