Carneceria Meats Purchased: Short-ribs, Carne Asada (marinated) I know that you can't control how fatty the ribs are at times but they gave us very good pieces of short-ribs where we didn't have to trim them too much nor did we have to throw pieces away due to the fat. Unfortunately, this version was not up to par (compared to PandEx). He also said the orange chicken was only OK and very saucy/less meaty. I tried a bit of both and was underwhelmed. The drinks we had were great! Boba had a good chew. Service is really nice! They do move like concrete, though. He told me the location I said no not that one. The last time it was disgusting. He told me just go and see for myself and I did. I kid you not I will be a loyal customer. It was a big Improvement very big Improvement! A good selection of meat at a low price as well as a Cantina. I said hot damn Sam! Now the only gripe I have about the store is the Cantina closes at 6 p.m. I say to myself why when half of Newman residence work in the Bay Area and don't return home until 6- 630 p.m.
