One thing I wish they had is more floor staff and friendly ones to match the ones working at the register. I think the prices are reasonable, very reasonable. Parking is plenty full. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of parking in the shopping center. It can get pretty busy, especially on weekends, and the checkout line can move a little slowly at times, but that's really my only complaint. I also love the café. Grabbing a Starbucks drink and a snack while I browse is part of the experience for me. It's a fun place to spend time by yourself or even go on a casual date. One thing to keep in mind is that the café does not accept Starbucks gift cards, which was a surprise to me. Other than that, I highly recommend this location.

However, please just do the honorable thing and be straightforward and respectful if they decline. I can deal with persistence. What I do not appreciate is deceit. Slimy experience. I understand that retail can be stressful, but customer service should always remain respectful and professional. A manager sets the standard for the rest of the team, and based on our experience, her behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in that position.
