We ordered doors with a glass in the middle and iron work. We tried contacting Jorge Moreno for status of work early January, 2023 way past the 20 weeks deadline and it took us a few. tries to get a response. We contacted this company directly and they said Jorge didn't worked for them but for his own company! However paperwork shows this company address and deposit check was made payable to them. In early February Finally showed up with doors at our house but the glass was clear with no privacy. Jorge never put it on the contract although my husband had told him what we wanted. Also one of the doors didn't have holes for door knobs. So we didn't accept the delivery. He send us an email for us to add privacy glass to the doors but offered No quote or to put a film on doors. We have email him many times after for a resolution or to install doors as is to get this done and he does not answer our emails.
