After the initial work was done I had to request multiple times for him to complete the installation of fixtures. After excuse after excuse he showed up with a guy who had never done electrical work. He had him do most of the work shouting out instructions from across the room and did not check it thoroughly. He piled excessive charges based on addition work I requested. I did not ask and he did not say there would be extra charges. I stupidly paid him for all work even though he did not give me a final invoice with provision that he would comeback and complete all items and any punch list items. I made several requests to finish the work which we agreed to a date. He did not show up. I have hired another electrician who is completing or correcting Brian errors.

So I ended up going to BMW to speak to someone directly. The place was not busy on a Friday afternoon. The service advisor that I went to was watching videos on their phone before I interrupted her. I told her the whole story about the broken glass and wanted to get an estimate. No one from that BMW location called me back. The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass. There isn't anything else that needs replacing for the love of God. Absolute worst, no F given Attitude today from BMW before I went through insurance to just deal with it through BMW.
