Great service!! PS Electric wired my house when it was built in 2022 so when we suddenly lost power in the outlets in two rooms they were my first call. I called on a Monday afternoon and they answered the phone promptly and courteously. They put me on the schedule for first thing Wednesday morning. The next morning I got a call saying they had a supervisor in my area if I was available for them to drop by. Wade was here in ten minutes and had the problem fixed twenty minutes after that. I was recommended to PS Electric by two friends who have used them several times and found them to be very good and reasonably priced. I had the same experience, so I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. When I called they were very helpful. I had a tripped GFCI plug and she walked me through steps to check it myself, when that didn't work, she scheduled me promptly for the following morning. Scott came out and fixed the problem. PS Electric wired our house (new construction) about 7 years ago. As a result of the fine job they did at our house, I recently hired them to wire a newly constructed pump house. A couple of years back, I called this company to install some receptacles and switches as I was remodeling my kitchen. Though I didn't ask for two people, they sent two and charged me for two. Even though I had the receptacles and switches, and told them so, they used their own and charged me for it. So... I wasn't going to call them again, but I did. This time I told them I have about a dozen receptacles and switches that needed changing out because the existing ones are old and I've been told that they're fire hazards. So I called this company again yesterday and told them what I needed, and that I needed a quote. Kathy took my phone number and told me she'd get back to me. She did not, and so I called this morning, and when Kathy came to the phone, she told me "no... we're not going to get into that". Wow! The absolute WORST reception I've ever received from ANY company. The first time I used them, they charged a small fortune, sent two electricians (without first telling me they would), and charged for two electricians, and as I've already said, used their own parts, even though I told them I had replacement parts. Bottom line... I will NEVER call them again, and I would strongly recommend that if you don't want to work with a company that has little regard for what the customer wants, by all means, DON'T call P.S. Carrington Construction uses PS to wire their homes. Overall I think they did a fair job. This would be 5 stars if they had returned a couple of my phone calls, but didn't. One of their electricians, Zach, came out to our home a few weeks after the house was complete to check on an issue we had with the patio ceiling fan where we didn't have a hot wire. Zach fixed that and also helped us with a lighting issue that we wanted changed. He was efficient, professional, and overall just a great guy. He is definitely an asset to their company. read more

We had this companies Verde Valley area electrician Billy Matthews wire two new homes recently and they did a great job. That's why when we needed a small job done on one of our rentals we called him. I called at the end of the day the job was supposed to be done and was told they were busy and would get to it in a couple days. After following up again I got the same postponement. I allowed another week and checked yet again and was told it was supposed to be done and he would confirm and call me after the weekend. I never got a call. Another week later I called and left a voice message. Two voice messages and two texts later I have not received a response. My last message was please just cancel as it its obvious you do not want to do the job. No professionalism, communication or customer service. Don't bother unless you want to waste your time. read more

We called PS Electric on Friday because we were having a problem with the GRI. Made an appointment for Monday at 10:00am. He arrive early which is great. He came in removed the GRI replaced it with a new one, tested it and was done. And it took about as much time as it took to write this. The bill $125.00! $25.00 for parts and $100.00 for labor. He was here no more that 10 minutes. Nice racket. My advise - ALWAYS ask for estimate!! And for a little job like this - get a handy man. In the future we are looking for a new company. read more

Received a quote from a handyman for $300 to hang a light fixture who really didn't want to do it since it has 8 large hanging globes. Ray from PS Electric came and went right to work. Very personable, courteous and hung the fixture in 50 minutes for the minimum charge of $100. Cleaned up and even took the box it came in away for us. I won't bother shopping for Electricians, I will just call PS Electric. Very happy with them. read more

Zack showed last Friday to make sure the grill had the proper electrical. It did and though he was supposed to come back on Monday and install four fans, he said he could do them right away. He did an excellent job, very thorough. I will call them again. Very responsive. read more
