As a CURRENT resident, we will not be renewing our lease. We have lived here for over a year and since the beginning the staff and management has been by far the worst we've ever dealt with. No one responded to our emails for months when we would talk about parking and other issues. They have visitor parking but never enforce it. They claim to have a towing company come by nightly to remove vehicles that are not registered and that has NEVER happened. My husband and I work late and while being pregnant I would have to walk buildings over and sometimes park in visitor parking myself due to the lack of parking spaces. I have contacted management and the main manager said since last year "I will not call the tow truck over the holidays to inconvenience people." But her residents she obviously doesn't care to inconvenience. I've contacted Greystar Properties as well several times and they also have not responded to calls or emails. So the whole company is just awful. We were so excited to live here and now we would NEVER recommend it to anyone. read more

New management is the worst. Went into the office because the gate hadn't been working for a couple days and they were rude and indifferent. As I was talking to one of the employees about the gate issue one of the other employees actually laughed at me, and then the employee I was talking to chuckled. The manager was there as well and was talking about me as if I wasn't there. Then the new tag they gave me didn't even work. If you care about a responsive and understanding office team don't move here. read more

Moved here August 2021, things went great with original management. Signed a lease with Sheridan, she was amazing. Once they sold out and new management was in office , the good experience vanished. Lauren Valles was the property manager at Elan while I lived there and I have never been so disrespected within the means of my own home. Not only did management and maintenance enter my home while I wasn't there and wasn't aware. Lauren had called the police on myself and a couple other residents numerous times after failing to professionally communicate, failing to fix any problems, simply just failing to be a property manager. She would lock herself in the office, and avoid being of any help to residents. Lauren also moved her office into one of the 2 meeting rooms that the residents pay for, leaving only one meeting room open! how thoughtful. The walkway behind the property is ALWAYS flooding out when it rains, the pool is always dirty and the pool furniture is cheap/worn down already, and uncomfortable. You pay a pest fee monthly to never see the pest control BUT you always see the bugs and spiders and scorpions. yes. scorpions. maybe we are paying for them to breed here. its impossible to not have bugs in and out of your unit while opening the door or even cracking a window despite your cleanliness. You will have rude and inconsiderate neighbors, loud banging, loud muscle cars in the parking lot that rattle your windows when they start up, weird people in the neighborhood coming up to your car after a day of work trying to talk forever, trying to buy/sell drugs. THE TRAFFIC If you are new to North Fort Worth then be prepared for the traffic, NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DRIVE. 2 dangerous round a bouts outside the community, and god forbid you try to cross to walk to Walmart. You will just about every time almost get ran over. And while driving in the round abouts, expect the same. NEWS FLASH EVERYONE you are SUPPOSED to USE a TURN SIGNAL in a ROUND A BOUT. People always flying thru sometimes 80+ mph on Golden Triangle. If your commute is East of Fort Worth you will be dealing with the train daily, the train at 377 is the biggest pain in the ass. period. Hot Water doesn't last very long at this apartment, you can't do laundry and do your dishes with hot water, ones gotta wait. the appliances are cheap. The fridge produces ice that leaves the unknown floating in your drink (maintenance says it's what I keep in my freezer) but even with nothing in the freezer I still got the same result. Elan Keller Ranch is a great place to live. Quiet community (unless a community pool party is going, then it's loud and quite fun!) Excellent neighbors to meet and hang out with as well. Great staff here and there are quick replies to maintenance requests if requests are ever needed. Recently renewed for year 2 and I'm glad I decided to stay. read more

I think they're giving discounts on rent to people to leave good reviews... Let me first say that I live on the TOP floor. First, these apartments are BRAND NEW and they are so cheaply built, you can hear your neighbors conversations, word for word, through the floors below you (I assume it's even worse for the people that live above you). They're so cheaply built, that the guy that just moved in below me maybe weights 140 lbs soaking wet, and it sounds like he is stomping ABOVE me even though he lives below me. Second, expect ZERO communication or fixes for problems. I have reached out to the manager dozens of times since I moved in about 6 months ago, and it LITERALLY takes tracking him down if and when he's onsite to get any sort of reply. Third, you will NEVER experience bug problems anywhere like you do here. Yes, it's new and yes there is an open field behind us. But there are giant spiders, scorpions, moths, roaches, hornets, and wasps everywhere. They recently sent out an apology email that their pest control vendor has "dropped the ball" and they will find a new one. Well, good luck with the giant wasps and hornets and wolf spiders until then. Fourth, they don't mow the "trails" they say they have, which is a small circular sidewalk they have put in the back field, but don't keep maintained or mowed. There are no walking, biking, or running "trails - it's a very tiny sidewalk they don't keep mowed down in a field. Fifth, that area has ticks like you wouldn't believe. I have picked them off me, and I have recently spent almost $5,000 at emergency vets and my vet to keep my dog alive due to a tick-borne illness from a tick he picked up on their "trails." Sixth, they re-roofed every single building after the horrible hail storm on 4/28/21 in August. They set a schedule and they couldn't hold the roofing vendor to it. I spent HUNDREDS of dollars to stay at a hotel on the week they scheduled my building for, just to have it moved up 3.5 weeks, and then the roofers re-roofed the WRONG building and started mine a few days later. ... Let's stick to those roofers for a minute. The roofers were video-taped smoking weed in their pickup trucks WHILE working and not held accountable. In addition, the roofers lift crane broke and sprayed a fluid all over resident vehicles that ate away paint and the complex didn't do anything to help those residents out. Seventh (do we need more), the "dog park" is a small triangle of grass that has 3 dog poopy-stations in it and NO ONE cleans up after their pets. You will dodge dog poop every time you go in there and come back in your apartment with fleas. Eighth, the residents here are oblivious and/or careless, rude a-holes that don't clean up after their pets, throw cigarette butts everywhere, and have parties into the wee-hours of the morning - and there is NO onsite security to stop any of this, and FTW PD doesn't answer their phones. You will deal with the loudest neighbors in the cheapest-built apartments in the DFW area. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself and your family from this horrific experience. It's so bad, they have agreed to let me out of my lease with no fees and still don't reply to anything... As a resident, This apartment is by far, the most unresponsive and unreliable staff and management. To start off, whenever you attempt to contact them through they're phone number, 9/10, it will send you to voicemail, they are not busy, they just chose not to pick up the phone. In a gated community, where your car needs to be registered in order to park inside, I can say this is not regulated nor does it matter. The management has been completely unprofessional and will not work with you when you have legit complaints about the building or your contract. If you have a noise, dog, neighbor, etc, complaint, they will send an email (one that has been sent hundreds of times) to the community as a reminder, that is their fix. Lastly, I have tried to work with them whenever an inspection of some sort needs to happen and they need to come into the apartment, and since I have a pet and work, I need to know exact dates, they're response, you will get an email when your building is next. They don't have a solution nor do they attempt to work with you in any effort. They are unwelcoming in their tone when speaking with you, specifically the Assistant Manger currently working in the office, Angie, who seems to dislike her job. She doesn't show care for her role nor the residents at the complex. Overall, the management and systems here are unreliable and it has been such a bad experience living here. I am looking forward for my contract to end, and look for another place with a community that cares for the residents and takes care of them. read more

This is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived at ever. I'm not sure why the bad reviews (must be people who aren't used to apartments). When we moved in our apartment was gorgeous and clean. The office was very helpful with all the move in information. The gym is huge and clean at all times. The office always smells so good. The pool is clean. This might all sound like the bare minimum but you'd be surprised at how much work it takes to keep all of this up and running. I used to lease at a property in the area for 2 years. The manager, Claire and the assistant manager are all so sweet and helpful.. I would say the only bad thing I have to say is the dumpsters overflow a lot but it's not all over the place.. it stays pretty contained. Loud dogs, loud neighbors, loud cars, people with televisions on their balconies watching loud ESPN show at 5 am let's not forget the horrible stench of weed. People have breeds here that are not allowed. The new manager never leaves her office, installed frosted glass over all her windows, and has shades pulled down over every piece of glass. None of the residents I've talked to have even seen her. Every time they go into the office she's in there hiding with the door locked. Very unprofessional and weird place. When I moved in five months ago was greeted with a badly pissed stained toilet seat and dirty vents followed with misplacements of my check as well as the holding and cashing it late and accumulating late fees which they pick and choose what they can and won't fix or remove i also had a blown breaker for 3 months nobody cared to answer the phone or be in office i was being charged twice for renters insurance by assurant and elan Keller ranch i also received somebody's eviction notice in my apartment somebody's private information! When i informed them the now manger acted like it was no big deal the have also refused and sent my October payment back just a mess all around. These people are all unprofessional and the place is filthy and not worth the money. Don't make the mistake I did. I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience working with Andrea Gallegos. From the beginning, it was clear that she lacked the necessary professionalism, competence, and dedication to providing quality customer service. We lost over 400$ in application and administrative fees because of their verification system called Snappt but Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience was Andrea (manager) indifferent attitude and lack of care. She displayed minimal interest in assisting me with the problem she was more concerned with putting her office chair together when I went in. I felt as if I stepped into the 1950s. Honestly, I'm sooooo thankful we dodge the bullet Their lack of enthusiasm and effort made me question their commitment to their role and their willingness to provide quality service to residents. If someone visits you just make sure they register their car for 24 hours via the QR code in front of visitor spots and they're good to go. Property is clean and maintained well. Real estate professionals beware! We secured tenants for Elan Keller in Fort Worth in August 2021 and they did not pay commission until April 2022 and to get that took 70+ emails and countless phone calls. When we first realized that Elan Keller was taking an unusual time to pay and contacted them, our agent was told she had to pay to become a vendor for their company. She did that (in an effort to collect her commission) despite our concerns since paying to receive a commission isn't a typical practice. We were told in March 2022 by Greystar (Elan Keller's parent company) that our agent should never have been told to pay to be on this vendor list and we were assured we would be reimbursed for that charge. We are still waiting on that reimbursement. read more

I was one of the first residents to move into these apartments last April, have been an exemplary resident, and have been satisfied with management throughout. In November, the apartment's ownership changed and my December rent check is nowhere to be found. This error would not have been found had I not been diligent in keeping record. Earlier this year, it took nearly 4 weeks to receive a reply from the property manager Lauren Valles on a different subject, and that was only after I sent a follow up email. It is now April. When I walked in to a meeting with her regarding my account, Lauren stated, "I haven't had a chance to look at your account ledgers, but we can go ahead and look at them together." Reader, it took me 10 minutes to go through my ledgers prior to this meeting and notate every discrepancy, which is what Lauren SHOULD have taken the time to do in the 4 days she was aware of our upcoming meeting. I now know that is a pattern, because the lack of follow up in ensuring my account is reconciled is clearly communicating the lack of care she has for residents. It has been nearly 4 months. In the past 3 weeks, I have had one meeting and received one update - one the day following that meeting. I emailed twice last week, did not hear back for 3 days, and went into the office for an update. That information was conflated with what she told me prior, so I emailed and left left a voicemail for the Regional Property Manager, Bevin Hayes last Thursday. I have yet to hear from Bevin at all, so I then emailed and left a voicemail yesterday for Senior Director of Real Estate, Joleta Wilhemson who I have also not heard from. I called the office today and was told Lauren was "completing reports" so she was unavailable. I requested an update on my account by end of day today from Lauren and did not receive a call. There is absolutely NO excuse for this level of resident care. I am at an absolute standstill while this gets resolved. This has left me at a standstill in multiple ways. Don't sign here. These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. The workout room is open 24/7 and the pool area is lovely. I have truly enjoyed my time here so far and will always recommend it to others. read more
