I needed to ship something for my employer, and he did not understand the difference between recipient and sender. He had to redo it three times. At one point, he said it would be easier if I gave him my ID. I told him I didn't want to because the sender is my employer, not me. He said not to worry, he could delete it. Again, he still didn't know what he was doing and had to redo the sender and recipient. As adding my ID put down my address. By the third time, I asked if he needed me to write it down, and he said yes. The whole thing took 22 minutes. It ended up getting sent back to my work. In all honesty, it's my fault. I should have quadruple checked. (Or maybe they can hire/train competent employees going forward) This was a complete waste of time, terrible experience, and waste of money.

On the most recent visit, she offered to repack a fragile package I was shipping across the country -- double boxing it and adding significant protective packaging. She also explained a variety of delivery choices, most importantly including signature required. When I was unsure how to fill out some of the paperwork, she offered to do it for me. So why not 5 stars? It's pricey. I can't say for sure it's more expensive than other UPS locations but it seems like it. But it's convenient and friendly so I'll keep coming back.

It was a service level experience that reminded me of what good service was like back in the late-80s/early-90s. She was THAT good.
