We had a brief telephone conversation and found she could work within my time frame. She emailed a questionnaire that helped us both 'get on the same page'. She mailed a contract which wasn't a 10-15 pages of features selling an over priced 'marketing' agency! Her agreement was 2 pages summarizing what was expected from each party, plus a very good price! Direct, easy too communicate with, responsive. Addressed my apprehension...HIRED, (and glad I did)! The final product is great. Been out there about a six weeks... changing designs and hosts didn't lose any rankings... probably gained some!
