I heard them explain to one man after he took a while to package his box they cannot accept his package type at that location and he needs to go elsewhere to which he justly asked why they could not tell him sooner since he had obviously needed to borrow their cart to wheel in a heavy item and borrow the cart back to his car and now risk the other location being closed. And after printing my labels the guy told me they don't ship my kind of package which is odd since the FedEx delivery truck driver does. He was not actually helpful in either case just eager to not help. Go to other locations or schedule a pickup with delivery drivers who say you can ship almost anything. read more

Beware! I'm not sure if intentional deception or mistaken but the service woman said that Fedex no longer does International Ground to Canada. She said Fedex stopped doing it during covid. When told it was on the Fedex website she mentioned that sometimes they dont update their website but that was the corporate policy. However, to send a letter would be $70 (vs ~$30 for Intetnational ground). Fedex does still indeed have international ground, went thru process online printed label and dropped off. read more

Came by to drop off my prepaid package the other day and it was a quick and easy experience! Parking was available in front of the ship center in the strip mall. Upon entering, there is now a self-serve drop off that prints out a receipt for a quick and easy drop-off! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location (Store #10061) has a 2.4-star rating for a reason. About a month ago, I came in to ship an item. The moment I walked in, I explicitly told the female owner I wanted a delivery service type. When I handed her the envelope, I repeated that delivery type for the second time. Despite my clear and repeated instructions, she intentionally processed it as another more expensive delivery type, charging me an extra $20-$30 without my consent. She clearly gambled on the fact that I wouldn't check the receipt or care about the price. This isn't just a mistake; it's a predatory sales tactic. I found I was charged with a more expensive delivery service type after I got to office. Do yourself a favor: skip this dishonest shop and drive the extra 5 minutes to the FedEx on Stevens Creek or Sunnyvale. Don't let her scam you like they tried to do to me. read more

Amazing service. The printers were running slow. So who I assume the manager, Carlos, came and personally assisted first by helping me login the computer to him saying send to me too to see who got the file first to print. I was in a time crunch and they assisted the most. They asked for assistance in a store program to buy a candy bar to help out. If you stop here I recommend helping them out cause they'll do the same for you without ask. read more

Absolutely Terrible customer service, I handed the operator the phone to input the address and they typed it incorrectly. I paid $11 for this shipment. I called customer service upon being told the address was invalid and they were unable to ship and they informed me there would be a $23 charge for change of address, I asked for the package to be shipped to my return address on file and was told it would be the same $23 fee. Went in right when the store opened today (10AM) there was an older Russian lady and Indian woman and both were no help. I needed to to print only 2 pages and they couldn't even help with that. They're really lazy and hide in the back of the store and will tell you to follow the instructions or go outside. I asked if I could email them the pages and they insisted the machine could do it. you're better off going to UPS next door to get any printing or shipping things done. They have much better customer service and will get your things done in less than 5 minutes! read more

These guys have too much attitude and they don't care to even look at you when they are answering! I use fedex kinkos for printing my documents. I do a good amount of printing. I send the documents through the email and they usually are able to get the copies printed for me by the time it takes to drive there. I have has them copy off plans for my house as well. The 24 x 36 inch prints. The cost of all their printing is really pretty high but they are always able to get things done fast and the people who work there are friendly and want to really help. read more

All other associates are super friendly except for the older white lady. I think she is the customer service manager. Unfriendly and does not smile. I dropped off an Express envelope at 5 and said 'I hope I didn't miss the cutoff' and she she looked at me and asked 'what are you sending'. I said this is 'Express' and she said '7'. As I was walking out, I saw the cutoff time for Express and it is 5:15! Thanks lady for your help. If you are going to be grumpy, then don't work in a customer facing role. read more

Convenient location, terrible customer service. We went to inquire and get a quote on shipping a 30" tall package, and was hastily declined service by the manager. She immediately turned us away without giving any assistance, stating she could not do anything for us, unless we show her the box, the weight and shipping destination of the package, all of which we of course had in mind but were never given a chance to provide, as the lady thought that another customer might deserve her attention better. We then approached her a second time and literally pleaded her to hear us out ,since she would not stop interrupting everytime we opened our mouths. Finally, she gave us a quote, saying she was only doing it "out of courtesy". I've came here couple years and always been treated friendly, except today, today was a new guy helping me and he told me can't give me receipt after scan the printed label since he scanned the label on my phone already, even he didn't give me a receipt at the first time, but he couldn't print the receipt no more. And after that he brought his manager Arthur to help, then I tried to explain to Arthur, this new guy just tell me 'hold on, hold on' with doing a stop sign by hand signal. This part makes my really piss, I never been treated like that in ALL FedEx I went. After Arthur came he printed a duplicate receipt for me. So here's what I think, first of all, you tell me you can't print the receipt but once others here they can do that, does that mean you didn't been train well and you still get this job?(this guy's tag shows he works there since 2019) Secondly, is it really ok for you been so rude to customers? Customer service Simone was very rude, lazy and incapable. I went to this office to pick up package. She gave me a package that had a wrong name AND a wrong tracking number. I pointed that out to her and she just shrugged it off and said that the package had not arrived. I pointed out the email saying that the package was ready for pick up, she just rudely claimed that she looked everywhere and that was nothing else she could do and that the email was wrong and I should go home and wait. I insisted that she checked again and she finally found my package. She said the Chinese last names look similar and so she could not tell who. HORRIBLE customer service! I was asking questions and this woman named Katrin (store manager as shows on her name badge) didn't want to help me at all! She gave me an attitude as soon as I started talking. Every time I ask her questions she cuts me off before I can even finish. She gave me this condescending sarcastic replies such as "I don't know that's what the computer shows", "I don't know I don't work for the customs" all throughout the conversation. When I told her to stop acting rude because it's getting annoying, she replied "YOU ARE ANNOYING ME". Like what? I'm annoying her because I'm asking her questions? LOL What is she doing working at a customer service driven business and yet she doesn't understand what customer service is all about!? Seriously? SMH! First off this review has nothing to do with the service I received since the lady was pretty friendly. However I wished she would have told me the price beforehand. I walked into this location because it was the closest to me at the time. I generally go to the one on Prospect road. I needed to email around 6 pieces of paper to my school but this location only has one computer and scanner which was currently in use and the guy just reloaded his card, so there was no telling how long it would take. So the lady offered to fax it. I didn't think twice because I thought not only will this likely be cheaper anyway but I also had the fax number handy. Low and behold, $13 later! I was stunned. Now I'm not a cheapo and don't mind paying for a service I need but $13 to fax 6 pieces of paper sounds a little ridiculous to me. I understand times are hard for some businesses in the Bay Area but charging this much to fax paperwork is totally unethical in my eyes. read more

The front office is small and had 2 customers ahead of me. Even though, I had my N95 mask and gloves on, I decided to wait outside for those inside to come out (due to corona fears). The front desk lady saw me hesitant to enter and she stepped out and took my pre-paid package and handed off the receipt few seconds later. I sincerely thank them for this nice gesture. If I need to ship packages that are over 2 lbs, FedEx seems cheaper than the Post Office and definitely beats UPS's rates. The workers are as friendly as they can be for being stuck all day in a dreary grey office with fluorescent lights, and though I wait in line for a while sometimes, it's nothing relative to spending an afternoon at the Post Office down the street. read more
