I took a star off since a little bit of solution stung my right eye, and it was irritated afterwards which I hadn't experience with other lash lifts before. You do have to put in a $25 deposit for your reservation but I do like that you can make the appointment through the website. I wish I saw the Yelp check in offer while I was there & I also just realized their website offers $10 off for first time customers - although I had clicked on that link, I didn't get the $10 off. Overall I had a pleasant experience and I'm pleased with how my lashes turned out. It's a small single room place with a countered bed for the process, a couch for waiting with snacks & water, and a small desk for checking out. There is a clean & maintained bathroom as well. Estefany did such an amazing job with my eyebrows. I wasn't sure what to expect with microblading but she explained the process of what she was going to do as well as the healing process. The first time I went to her was to start the microblading process, which felt like getting a tattoo. It wasn't painful (thanks to the numbing gel) and took approximately 3 hours from beginning to end. My eyebrows were a little dark after but it wasn't completely embarrassing as I had heard from some of my friends. I waited about a month for my eyebrows to heal. They didn't itch or peel too bad and healed fairly quick. I went back to retouch my eyebrows. This time my skin was definitely more sensitive and no amount of numbing gel was helping. Again, it's like getting a tattoo so no biggie. The time to retouch my eyebrows took about 1.5-2 hours. This time around the healing took a little longer with a nice amount of itchy and peeling skin. Estefany did provide me with soap to clean my eyebrows with and a healing gel. Although a little painful, it was definitely worth the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the results and have received compliments on them. If you're thinking about getting your eyebrows microbladed... DO IT. You will fall in love! read more

UPDATE 7/2/22: Estefany kindly had me back in today and and relaxed my lashes a little and although they're not great, it's an improvement. I really appreciate her willingness to fix it. 7/1/22: Went in for a lash lift and tint today - although Estefany was really kind and one eye turned out fine, the other eye is so over-curled that my eyelashes are nearly flush to my eyelid and keep getting stuck in my crease, which is not only uncomfortable but is also making the lashes bend at weird angles from the pressure. Hoping I can straighten them back out with castor oil. read more

The negative reviews do not exaggerate! Found out the hard way unfortunately. I normally go somewhere else but after a last minute plan change I made an appointment with Estefany. Her lamination and lash lift/tint techniques are very different and sadly result in over-processing. My lashes and brows are so crimped and curled I can't even tame them with the castor oil as instructed. They are literally breaking and falling off right before my eyes. She was professional and provided a refund in the end, but did not take responsibility. Hopefully these comments help you and serve as constructive criticism! read more
