They have an awesome relaxation area. I went for my appt, they brought me to changing area and then off I went to the relaxation area prior to my facial. When it was my appt time, a woman popped her head in and called my name. I was brought to a private, dark and quiet hallway so already I was impressed. They had warm tables and pillows for under your knees for comfort. The facial was amazing and she also did my hands and put them in warming gloves and then did my feet too. This is all just part of the facial. After my appt I was brought back to the relaxation room where I was offered champagne and other options but it was my bday so I went for the champagne. I probably stayed in the room for 40 minutes. The woman who worked in the relaxation room and other areas was so nice I ended up tipping her as well as my facialist.
