We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team. We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

We held our wedding at Walnut Grove and it was clear that Emily knew what she was doing, especially at that venue! I am definitely a more anxious bride and had many questions, emails, texts. Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether. On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people! On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used rentatheirl equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

On the day of the wedding, she was my absolute go-to for everything. I didn't have to worry about a single detail--Courtney had it all covered. From coordinating vendors to keeping the timeline running smoothly, she made sure everything flowed perfectly. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask and handled any little hiccups behind the scenes without me ever knowing. Obvious error. Rather then fixing the mistake as soon as it was brought to her attention and long before any food was being served, out nothing was done. Not even an apology. She even got her sister, Terri, to help out for the wedding day! Terri picked up some items from my house that needed to be at the venue the day before. They were as helpful as can be before the actual day. On the day of, everything went so smoothly. She made sure the vendors were all in place. She even drove us in the golf cart back and forth to the photo shoot area. My mom's dress malfunctioned and she was able to help her sew it up. My bustles were a pain in the butt! Mindy and her sister literally crawled under there to bustle all the buttons up. And finally, at my reception, she would check up on me and my husband all throughout the evening to make sure everything is okay, and that my drinks were flowing! She was just wonderful to work with. She had a positive attitude and I loved her witty humor. The best of all with Mindy is that she gave her recommendations, but was never pushy about them! They were good recommendations. She would suggest things for the timeline, layout or anything else, but ultimately left it up to me to choose what I wanted to do and she was completely great about it. What they pulled off for our 200-guest "California Coastal" wedding at Calamigos Ranch in the mountains of Malibu was nothing short of extraordinary. Flawless isn't a strong enough word because it implies a flaw would have been possible. From the layout to the flow, the band to the officiant and live performance, every single element felt effortless because behind the scenes, Deborah and Valentin were orchestrating every detail with incredible foresight and care. One of the many ways they went above and beyond? Helping us lock down an after-party venue before it had even opened to the public. Thanks to their local connections and creative problem-solving, we were able to tour and book a brand new space that turned out to be the perfect end to the perfect night. They handled vendor coordination with military-grade precision -- making sure timelines were tight, contractual requirements were met, and everyone was fully in sync. Always being positive and optimistic, she's an entire support system in one person! She's far more than a coordinator but also a source of comfort when nerves run high and she's everything we could've wanted from a coordinator. During our wedding she shielded us from a lot of things that I'm sure could've taken us away from our day, all the small things with vendors/rentals/layout/communication was executed perfectly, she has great attention to detail with emails/paperwork leading up to the wedding and maybe most importantly she really made sure that day-of we were going to have the BEST time of our lives, and that's exactly what happened. The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors.
