When I got there, I was able to lock up my stuff and robe up. You wait in this tranquil lounge that is stocked full of that amazing Aveda tea until your person comes to get you. I chose to do a Chakra massage and had never done one before. It was good, but the touches were very light, which was explained to me. I typically do deep tissue/athletic massages with hot stones or aroma therapy. My massage therapist did a good job explaining everything and was really professional and clear. After it was over, I did feel balanced and like my overall sense of well-being was intact. If I make it up to Tallgrass again, I would most likely try a different type of massage. However, I would encourage anyone who is open to it to give the chakra balance a try. I was able to hang out in the quiet space for as long as I needed post-massage.
