They accepted my walk in appointment and Henry got started on me and did not disappoint! Absolutely loved his work. Love the atmosphere in the salon everyone was so sweet towards me. I have been going here for about 4 years now and have remained (and will continue to be) so loyal because no one does it better!! Everyone who works there is absolutely amazing and so talented. I added pictures of some of my favorite nails throughout the years. Cindy does the best decisions -- show her any inspiration picture, and she will execute it perfectly (and they always turn out better than the inspo!!). I always recommend them to everyone I can!! I've been to Evergreen Nails (which is really named Pampered Nails) several times now and have been seen by either Henry or Cindy. They're both really good and I'll continue to go back. I get the dip powder manicure and it can last 3-4 weeks. I was going to another salon in Evergreen and paying a little less but the service was not as good. I'll stick with Pampered Salon for now. Someone needs to update their name on Yelp. read more

I love love love my nails! Cindy did a wonderful job and I am so happy with my nails! The staff was extremely friendly and I was sat and my nails done in an hour to an hour and a half. Terrible experience! If you don't want to come home to do your pedicure yourself stay away! Paid 45 dollars for my toes basically to be painted. Minimal callous removal (a touch to each heel and nothing to rest of foot), no massage (lotion put on and rub once up and down, sugar scrub not existent! Ingrown toenail wasn't touched by my tech but the tech next to him understood he wasn't doing his job and came over and did it for him. Leaving her customer sitting there. Pedicure with Henry was pretty good. He could've gotten a little closer to my cuticles with the polish, but overall, a good experience. My manicure, however, was with someone else, and it was rushed and poorly done. She spent a maximum of 15 minutes on my mani that included soak, cuticles, oil, massage, and polish. I had to ask her to spray my nails with alcohol before applying polish. My cuticles were still a mess and the polish was not thoroughly done or anywhere near my cuticles. When I got home, I removed the polish, did my own cuticles, and repainted my nails. Not exactly a thrilled that I paid $20 for something I had to re-do. read more

I upgraded to the pedi with extra massage that was supposed to be 15min, however Kim seemed distracted and I only got a 9min half decent massage. Save your money and do the basic pedi, you're likely not missing much. Also, I asked for the SNS powder dip for my manicure and they offered their version (basically just a different brand). They offer a pretty good selection of colors in the dip, but it isn't an easy technique and I don't think my tech was very comfortable with it. I ended up with an extremely thick (8 layers?!) mani that never properly set so the top coat didn't take (meaning no shiny top coat). Due to how thick and heavy they were, they all lifted and cracked within the week. Not at all happy with the end result especially at $100 price tag. read more

I was visiting Evergreen and needed to get my nails filled and 4 nails had fallen off. I called, made an appointment and explained that I had 4 missing nails that needed to be replaced and needed a fill on the others. The woman told me it would be $15-$20. I show up later and I was told it would be $30 to get the nails filled an replaced. I had only pulled out $20 and the woman was very rude and annoyed when I had told her what I was told over the phone. I was charged $15 to get ONLY the 4 nails replaced. She had very little patience and as soon as a local client walked in she started rushing. After she finished the nails looked like they needed a fill and have since fallen off. It's been less than a week. Now I will have to spend more money for a new set. It was rude and ridiculous customer service. read more

Do not go here for tanning. She asked how long I wanted to be in the bed. I said I didn't know because this was my first time. I told her that I have no base tan and I also asked if I needed to clean off my face or body lotion. She said 10 minutes would be good and that if I "felt hot" I should get out of the bed, and that I didn't need to clean off my face or body first. She closed the door and immediately the bed lit up. I was still fully dressed and didn't have on the goggles. Turns out that 10 minutes is way too long. It is three days later and I am still very burnt and in pain. read more
