The Owner did contact me about my review. I was offered a full refund. However she also mentioned that she would hope that I would remove the review too. Really. I did not take the refund. Her excuse was that she was busy opening another salon......really should fix the one she has first. I was also informed that the girl had a thyroid problem and that why she has vampire hands. She also had some excuse about the foot bath. So Yes I was offered a refund but I felt the conditions implied were not worth my time and gas to go pick it up and be subjected to more excuses and possible give us another try. read more

My hairdresser just moved to this salon and being that she's so great (Kristen) I followed her. I was so glad that she came here.... Not only do I get to keep my excellent hairdresser, but the salon offers lots of additional services (teeth whitening, nail salon, massage, waxing etc etc) it truly is a great place. Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable. I would recommend strongly to anyone. I've also had waxing done here and my mom had teeth whitening and both services also gave great results. read more

I had a lovely day here getting a pedicure and a mini facial. The services were as expected and both of the ladies providing services did a wonderful job. So why 3 stars? I booked an Ayurvedic pedicure, it was supposed to have an herbal soak, hot stone pressure point massage, and he tailored to your doshas. May seem a little out there, but it's up my alley and was looking forward to it, I was given a wonderful pedicure, but it was a pedicure. The price difference is $20 (they did charge for it) and I left feeling a little cheated out of the experience I thought I would be having. With that said I don't blame the girl that did my pedicure, when I booked it I had to book in advance to see a certain person for the Ayurvedic pedicure, but last minute it was changed to another nail precessional. My guess is that it either is no longer offered or something that wasn't communicated to the rescheduled tech. read more

I went back to Alpine Ridge Salon today for a manicure and a pedicure. I was there yesterday for a style and cut. It was a very pleasant experience! Although there were no built in foot bath with the jets, the foot bath was heated and vibrated. Ali, was a sweet young woman and I was very pleased with my end results. She spent nearly 1 3/4 hours making my hands and feet look pretty and pampered The tab was $60 which was a little higher then I pay at my home salon but a lot cheaper then then some of the resorts I have been at. After reading reviews I decided to schedule a haircut with Marian at Alpine Ridge Salon. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Marian did an excellent job. The surroundings are beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend the salon. read more

Great studio with a relaxing vibe, lots of services offered and talented staff. I went to Sammie and got a great cut and beautiful highlights. She's very good at matching color to your skin tone, too.There's also a yoga store adjacent to the salon which is a unique perk. So happy I don't need to drive to Denver anymore! read more

Unfortunately my experience at Alpine Ridge salon was not good either of the 2 times I visited. The first time I explained I was working to find a new stylist as the person that did my hair for the past 15 years was not available any longer. The stylist preceded to tell me how damaged my hair was (NOT!) and she would just do a lite highlight as to not damage it any further. I thought "ok, what ever". Unfortunately the color she put on my hair was a gold - brassy looking highlight and when I brought it to her attention she said "oh, that should calm down, but if it doesn't, feel free to come back!", which it never did!! My 2nd visit was yesterday, and honestly was worse. The same stylist was not available so they scheduled me with someone else. He had never seen me before and didn't take the time to get to know what I was hoping to have done with my hair. As we were walking to the shampoo bowl he quickly said "what do you need today?" I was like "ummm, I just need a bit of a trim, primarily on the top, I like the length, but the bangs feel a bit long and the top feels heavy", he said "ok." After the wash, we went to the chair and he asked me what side I part my hair on and began to cut. We talked about how fine my hair was and that I like to use a round brush to get volume. I was not facing the mirror the entire time he was cutting or blow drying my hair. Imagine my surprise/disappointment when he turned me around in the chair and I saw that my hair which was originally neck length was now barely covering my ears on the sides and above my neck in the back. Although he seemed to be drying it for ever, Im not sure what he was doing as it was flat, one side was styled differently then the other and I looked like a "six year old, with a bowl cut" It looks HORRIBLE!!!! I was in shock!! I went to my car and cried as I drove home. We are leaving on our family vacation to mexico in a few days and I dread how it will look in family pic's:-( The good news is, my hair grows pretty fast, so this too shall pass, however I will NEVER go back there and I will definitely never recommend this place to anyone. Best day spa and salon in CO. It's been almost 2 years since I found Alpine Ridge, and I continue to be amazed at the great service. I used to go to Tallgrass in Evergreen, but once I started to do my services at Alpine Ridge I knew there was no way I was going back there again. At Alpine Ridge I feel like I am more than a costumer, they welcome me with warm smiles and now know me personally by name. They make me feel like I'm more than a costumer coming through a revolving door like I always felt at Tallgrass. Last summer I had my entire bridal party get ready at Alpine Ridge before my wedding ceremony. Not only did they do our hair, nails and makeup at an amazing, affordable price, they also let us use the exercise room in the back to get dressed, and their personal staff kitchen to eat. They made my special day perfect and comfortable. I recommend that every male and female go to this day spa and salon, you will not be disappointed. My husband also gets his hair cut here, and refuses to go anywhere else. Best owner and staff in town. You will not find better services available along with an amazing staff read more
