I had an appointment and I'm sitting here waiting for someone to show up. There's no one here and I got no call telling me that they couldn't be here. Finally showed up at 1:15, (land of Manana I guess.) They ended up doing a fairly good job. For $200 for a full detailing inside and out. I don't know that I would go back though. More of an "off" vibe I guess. read more

Horrible job on my SUV! Debris all over the floors like when I took it, didn't wipe it down on the inside. I got the "deep clean" and it was more like a wipe with a paper towel if even that. He left the windows cracked and it was full of dust and pollen. Found a new scratch/dent on the rear by hatch. Do not recommend! I will never go back to this place. Squeaky Clean does a 100 times better at half the cost. Very Disappointed. read more

Sad Update: Carpe Manana @ Eldo Auto Detailing After being ghosted for an appt yesterday I got a call from Jaime who apologized, said he had to go to Guatemala and can he please have another chance. Sure, I said. He said he'd be at his shop at 9:00 this morning. I got there early (again) and waited for 1/2 hour after. Ghosted again. His phone is now giving the message that this number can't take calls. In my experience it means he didn't pay his bill. I'm sorry for those who put money for this guy in the GoFundMe site. If I could, I would give Jaime Catalan and Eldorado Auto Detailing zero stars for the reasons listed in this review. Originally I took my daughters car in to have a full detail job performed. The car is only 2 years old so the wax job they did came out fairly good. At that time Jaime was very outgoing and very enthusiastic about providing good customer service. Two weeks later I called Jaime to ask for a quote on an older white colored SUV I own. Jaime explained that because he had already done a vehicle for me, he would do a full service wash, interior/exterior detail, and shampoo the carpet for $50 less than he normally charges. I scheduled an appointment right away for the following week. When I took the vehicle in on the day and time of the scheduled appointment, Jaime was sitting on a chair in the garage, he never stood up to greet me, and appeared to be hungover, intoxicated or under the influence. He was not friendly at all, and appeared stand offish. I reminded him that I had a scheduled appointment with him the prior week. He then proceeded to fumble with the clip board and said he did not recall scheduling me. He asked how much he had quoted me, and I gave him the amount. To me it appeared like he was no longer interested in doing my vehicle. He said he would need the vehicle for 3-4 hours. So I said I would be back by 1:30, which would give him 4 hour's. Jaime then said he would need the vehicle at least until 3:00 PM which was 6 hours. I called him several time at 3:00 PM and he never answered, so I texted him, and got no reply. I decided to go pick up my vehicle anyway. When I arrived I noticed the exterior looked fairly shiny from a distance, but not great. Jaime came out, and was directing me toward the front driver/passenger area to tell me what a great job they had done. Since I had to be somewhere soon, I paid him and was on my way. Once I was able to inspect the work closer, I found that they never touched the farthest back seats at all and they were still very dusty with no cleaning or treatment applied, the carpets were saturated with water, and it took 3 days for them to fully dry with all windows rolled down, the exterior wax job was horrendous with many swirl marks and missed spots, the exterior top cab portion of the vehicle was never even touched. They did an absolutely horrendous job that was not worth the $200 I paid. I will never take another vehicle there, or even refer Jaime to anyone. I feel he is a scam artist that has a drinking and or drug issue. Word of advice; STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS, and go elsewhere! read more

The folks here made my mothers car look brand new, and it was pretty dirty... The detail clean was so impressive that I brought my own car in the very next day. I am definitely smiling, driving around so pleased with how clean my car is :) My expectations were surpassed. Thank you! I feel RIPPED off. They did a good job on a wash and vacuum. then talked us into a full detail. when we arrived to pick up the car the floor mats were dirty, it did not appear the car had been waxed, the wheels had dirt in them, the vacuum job was superficial at best. windows were only partially clean and the roof of the car had not been washed at all. Jamie did not want to take the time to do the work properly. he would only offer a good price on another detail. I had to clean the car myself as we needed it that night to take friends out. So I took my truck in for his good price. He called less than an hour later to say it was done. It clearly had not even been washed as the exhaust was still on the rear of the car, the bugs on the windshield, mirror and grill had not been touched, there was loose dirt in the floor mats and and on the seat. Jamie wanted his money and then had the nerve to blame me saying it was a good job for the price. Well I didn't negotiate, I didn't ask for a good deal, i simply accepted what he quoted. There are a number of local complaints that they do not disclose or post their prices. I find them to be dishonest. I think they conduct their business like customers are marks, looking to get as much as they can and at least in my case nothing but excuses when the work isn't done, but oh yea pay me. I have never been back and recommend you do not do business here. read more
