Today, I drove 30 miles only to be told that their "customer waiting area" was closed due to COVID. I commend you for executing a solid plan for keeping you and your staff safe. However, if you are incorporating an operational change, such as closing the waiting area in a location where there's no other businesses to go to, that you would rely this message to potential customers. Plus, they are open on Saturdays-bonus if you work during the week. Seems like a lot of places in Santa Fe are closed on the weekends. I had a long day, work from 5 am to 6 pm, and was rushing out the door to the car at 4 am to make the 45 min drive to work. When I was getting on the freeway on-ramp, a car cut me off, and when I slammed on my brakes, my breakfast went everywhere. It was 4 something in the morning, and I had to get to work on time, so I just had to leave it. It quickly began to smell bad. I spent an hour on my break cleaning up the mess and couldn't get it all out. I searched yelp for car detail places, and when I saw the pictures, Finest Car Detail had fantastic looking pictures. I called, and a woman answered the phone. She did not have any appointments until Tuesday, it was Friday, so I went ahead and made an appointment. On Tuesday, I dropped the car with them around 8:30 am, and we spoke about prices and what exactly I wanted to be done. They called me around 11 am to let me know that the car was ready. When I met them, the car smelled wonderful, looked amazing, and had no trace of my mess left. I would highly recommend them; they have great customer service, excellent attention to detail, and take great care with their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I dropped my car off at 11:30 am. I live a hour and a half away from Santa Fe. It's now 7:30 pm. My car is unfished in the back windshield. It was getting so late that they asked me to keep my car overnight. I told them no, I don't live in Santa Fe. I said forget about the back windshield I will need a refund for that. I paid a couple hours into my appointment online. They did give me a refund which I do appreciate. I am disappointed because when I went to go pick up my car, the guy working on it said he never done my car model. I was livid after hearing that. I wish that was expressed to me before booking my appointment. Would not recommend.

We left Memphis about two weeks ago and drove through three days of rain, so our coach was really showing it. The team arrived and got right to work, giving it a thorough, soapy wash from top to bottom. My wife and I had to leave for other plans, but they assured us they'd take great care of it. Later that morning, we received a text and a photo showing the finished job--and it already looked great. When we returned that afternoon and did a full walk‑around inspection, we were even more impressed. They did a GREAT job. Our Allegro Bus was absolutely shining, including the wheels and tires. They did a phenomenal job cleaning it up, they washed our truck too! They bring their own deionized water and use only the best products for a ceramic coated coach. Boy does it shine!!
