When you have high end clothing, clothing with delicate embellishments, clothing made from luxurious "dry clean only" materials and you simply cannot trust them to a run of the mill standard cleaners (no offense Tide, you are absolutely competent and capable of all my other dry cleaning needs), Tiffany Cleaners is where you go. It will cost you and their prices are expensive, I can't sugar coat it. But I have said it a million times, in Vegas, you get what you pay for. But your investment pieces are indeed just that, an investment. And if you want to preserve them and make sure the materials do not break down or fade over time, there are few places in Vegas that can accommodate your high end dry cleaning needs. I've been coming here for about a year and had multiple garments cleaned and utilized their onsite alterations person. The cleaning as of late has been subpar but the final straw for me was when I took the same pair of pants that I've taken there three times to be hemmed back. The hem fell out again. The front desk said it had a heel strike and that's what caused the hem on one leg to fall out. I expressed how this is the 3rd time I'm paying to have the hem on these pants fixed. At one point does the onus lay on them? I don' mind paying something for the repair( her time/ Services rendered) but she charged me $25.00 for one pant leg. We were referred to this cleaner from my wifes wedding dress place to get it cleaned before our wedding reception after our dusty outdoor ceremony in Utah. The place looked cleaned & fancy. Nicer than any cleaner place I've seen. Upon entering , we were greeted & the guy was super nice & friendly. I took off 2 stars because: A) the customer service from the other employee who apparently handles wedding garments was very rude. When discussing details of the wedding dress & to be done by June 4th if possible, the guy was super nice about it, but the lady came from the back (looked like she was eating from a side table) & she started saying "no no no, it won't be done by then, it takes 3-4 MONTHS to dry clean etc & quoted us $450 BASE & then to see what the wedding gown cleaner person quotes us after receiving the garment. B) after thinking about the situation once we left, we should've asked WHY it takes that long. Were they shipping out of state? It didn't make any sense. I can understand if it was a tight timeline from now until first week of June, but use manners. The customer service was terrible from this lady. We had no idea, we just got married, show some consideration. Came off super unprofessional. Overall, I'm not reviewing based on quality of this cleaner, but solely on the lack of professional customer service provided. She did mention look for other cleaners with a "plant" for in house cleaning for faster turnaround. I give her that, but Tiffany Cleaners corporate needs to reevaluate her customer service, especially if I'm being quoted $450 + for a service, I expect top notch customer service then. I was recommended this place for help with designer purse repair, needed small repair to my Fendi bag. I drove across town in the Vegas heat to get there. Lady at the front was rude from the get go, no welcoming no eye contact. I tried to tell her what needed to be done, she didn't even look at the bag interrupted me and said right away "we can't fix that" without even letting me finish what I was asking to be fixed. I tried to explain again and she said " no can't fix that." Again didn't even look. Will never come here and will never recommend to anyone. I have been using this place for a long time but THIS is unacceptable. My Retrofete dress came back with 100 missing gems! Some were in the bag, but some were lost. I was able to recover only 70 which means I have to either find new ones (unlikely) or not wear this piece. Truly amazing that a "Couture" cleaner would make this huge mistake. I dropped two pairs of pants off with the tags on them to be tailored one had a hole a tiny hole and the other the zipper has just get back on track. It took almost 3 weeks to get my pants and when I receive them, the tags were off, and there was a brown stain on my white pants. The lady at the front was stuffing her face with food And had an attitude because I was telling her there was a stain on my pants didn't offer a discount or anything way too expensive and very disappointing. I dropped my wedding dress off to be preserved on April 3rd and was told it will take approximately 60 days. The same day, I dropped it off I also dropped off a couple other dresses and was told it will take approximately 10 days for the others, and I asked to be called when ready for pick up, which they said they would. I never received a call and had to call them to ask if they were ready for pick up. I would call them periodically to ask for the status of my wedding dress, to which they would say they are still working on it. The last time I called on June 19th I asked if they will call me when it's ready, to which they said they would. On August 19th I emailed the general manager, Gerrayl Bryson, asking for an update because it had been 138 days since I dropped my dress off. Gerrayl informed me that the dress has been ready since July 19th and that an attempt was made to call me. I informed them that no attempt was made and asked what phone number they have on file, to which they responded with an incorrect phone number. Right after they emailed me that, I got an automated email saying my garment has been ready for over 30 days. So it's like they never opted me in for auto-emails either. Looking back, though, this business did have my correct number on file the whole time because they called me on April 9th to go over a few things with my wedding dress preservation. In addition, when I picked up my wedding dress, there was a receipt attached to it with my correct phone number and it was printed on July 3rd. Below that receipt is the receipt from June 15th when they charged my deposit for the dress, still with my correct phone number. Another weird issue with this is that I authorized them to charge my deposit amount on April 10th, but they didn't actually charge my card until June 15th. So I received a random charge that day and I called them asking what this charge was, and they said it was the deposit that they never charged me back in April. At that time I again asked them to call me when the dress is ready. Gerrayl lied to me for no reason other than not wanting to take accountability that my wedding dress has been ready for over a month and no one reached out to me at all. I wish I had checked the reviews before using them. I sent their way a new pair of trousers I bought in London and wore a few times only. They came back with clear bleach stains that looked like chemical drops. I emailed them photos of the pants as soon as I took them out of the package, and they asked me to bring them to see what they could do. After 4 emails, I got a call from Dan, that told me that they don't use bleach and it can't be them. Maybe, he said, I sat on bleach. Maybe. After a while, he asked how much I would like compensation, and I said the value of the pants, as they were new. He started telling me that he couldn't give me that (even as a credit) since they could be two years old, even though the pants look and are new. The owner of this company, Dan, is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. I brought in a hoodie to be dry cleaned and upon picking it up found out many of the studs on the hood were tarnished. I was told by Dan himself that he would be the one working on fixing the issue and he tried to push the idea that a $400 limited edition made in Italy hoodie was defective and the brand used cheap materials not that they damaged my garment. He had my hoodie for a month and between me calling the store front and eventually his actual cellphone I could not get in contact with him. When I finally spoke with him he contradict everything I had been told previously. He told me he's the owner so he doesn't deal with these issues when HE specifically told me he was the one looking at it. He said they washed my hoodie for a second time to see if the damage would get worse but when I asked if my item was in worse condition he told me on the phone he didn't touch it again. He told me he wouldn't deal with the issue over text even though he would not return any of my phone calls and only responded to one text message. Not only did I not get compensated for my damaged hoodie, they did not give me a refund for the $30 dry cleaning fee I paid.... Dan is an absolute joke of a business owner and I wouldn't trust bringing your "couture" clothes here! read more

They come twice a week for pick up and drop off and are totally consistent! Jojo is our pick up person and she's absolutely delightful - always says something funny or encouraging and she cracks me up! I'm rarely ready on time and she never gives me a hard time and is always patient with me. I appreciate her so much! They fix our broken clothes and wash and press everything perfectly. They also return everything we forget in our pockets. They've returned cash, cards and even air pods. And I feel like I check our pockets but obviously need to do better! I took a Armani collezioni womens suit to be cleaned. and asked if I could get it back in two days, as I had sold this suit on the resale site Poshmark and I needed as quickly as possible. The girl at the counter called the main store and was told it would be five days turn around. She also advised the woman on the other end that it was a white suit and their were a couple of stains on the garment, she acknowledged that fact and I accepted the five day turn around because they gave me no other choice. I left and the next day I received a voice mail from the same woman whom I had talked to the previous day and she said " we cannot clean your suit. We cannot be Liable for this suit coming clean and you have to come pick it up today. I was very upset but went to pick up the suit which was not there. it was still at their main cleaners. They said it would be there the following day. I had the girl call the manager who spoke with me on the phone and after explaining the whole story once again he agreed to clean the suit but said he could not guarantee they could get the stain out. But that he would have it back to me the following day. Two days later I got a voicemail from him saying that the suit was ready to be picked up. I went to pick up the suit it looked exactly like it did when I brought it in and they charged me $50 to clean one suit! So if you want to get your clothes back dirty, and it took 3 days and pay $50. for one suit to be cleaned and deal with very rude people then you'll want Tiffany cleaners!! When an additional damage was noted some months later I was informed by the clerk that she was told by management to tell me I was no longer welcome as a customer. I dropped off a very expensive piece I got it back like someone had run it over and the company refused to take responsibility for it.
