Tyler recommended a wonderful GM double oven that I now have had for maybe half a year -- beautiful oven and I've been enjoying it. GM is a great brand! My unit is older so the space available for the stove was smaller than the standard. We asked Tyler if he could find maybe a European brand that would fit and still be good and he did -- Bertazzoni! Never heard of them before Tyler found them but the stove he found was so terrific -- better than any stove I've had before. I cook quite a bit and this thing has been a BLAST to use. I especially love the center burner, it has ZERO issue in bringing things to a boil, which can be an issue at altitude and has been and I sometimes make small amounts. This thing is the most powerful burner/stove -- yesterday I brought 6 liters of preserves to a boil VERY quickly -- my old burner wouldn't be able to do it at all. I am now a fan of Bertazzoni stoves. And it's smaller so it fits right into my space but still amazingly powerful. When they came to install, there were some issues with the fit, they took great care of it and were very professional, conscientious, and pleasant to deal with. There was a slight issue a few weeks after the installation -- I think maybe one of doors on the oven was a bit loose. Tyler came over himself within a day or two and took care of the problem. This has been such a wonderful experience -- dealing with Sierra West had been a blast and Tyler as well as all his coworkers were honest, conscientious, and helpful. I felt like I could trust them and they were looking out for me. Most importantly, I am now enjoying my new beautiful oven and stove. Based on this experience, I would recommend Sierra West and Tyler highly for your appliance needs. Thank you!

I was reviewing the online listing, trying to gather pertinent info to share with the client - ie cost, colors, availability, shipping time in transit so they could make an informed decision. The shipping time wasn't listed online but I saw they had a customer service chat function. I sent my question on shipping time and waited a minute for someone to connect. They sent "?????" and "are you there?" right when they connected. Weird. I wrote back hello and they said they needed to know what color to answer. I shared the potential color. They said it was in stock, goes out within week of the order, and ships fedex. I asked how long it would be expected to take in transit. (This was my question initially). They said they don't make any promises. I said is there an estimation... 2 weeks, 5 months, roughly what should we plan for? They then wrote "why would you say that when I just said one week?" But as you recall, I was told after ordering, they ship out within one week. They never said the timing in transit. Then they disconnected. I was dumbfounded! Needless to say I absolutely will not recommend my client orders from Bon Marche. Hope this customer service person has the day they deserve.

When I reminded them of their responsibility and graciously laid out options, including sending back for a normal return, they called me at SEVEN PM at night to threaten me and my family like thugs. I cannot get over the disgusting behavior of such thugs, this store is like a criminal enterprise. They may just get defective merchandise from Bon Marche and try to pawn it off onto customers who do not know better. Avoid this vendor at all costs - they don't even provide a price advantage vs. the Fermob website, or even Pottery Barn. I tried to support a small business - however an attempted scam and criminal behavior is what I was rewarded with. I may have to file a restraining order against their bizarre and undignified customer service representative, Jean Phillipe. Don't waste time, just buy from Fermob directly.

Well lo and behold, the La Cornue stove, with its intense Frenchie flame, literally melted the lid handle a few months later. We lived with it for a while, but it was a bit wonky to use, since the handle had melted in a "tilted shape" and the lid was awkward. In November, wifey sent a photo to Nambé Customer Service, inquiring if the lid could be replaced. Guess what - they replaced the entire kettle! Shoutout to Vicki who took care of it immediately, and within 4 days, we had a new beautiful Boon kettle on our stove again. Yay and thank you Nambé!

Nice to have a store in Santa Fe so I don't need to have items shipped from Rio Grande!" HOWEVER, none of the items are priced so an employee needs to type in every single code to answer any questions you have. It's not fast and the employee really seemed to be annoyed. Seems like you could just put prices on your items that don't change with market prices. A lot of items they have on display are not in stock and it will take 30 minutes for them to discover their inventory, at which point point you will be stuck in their process of getting items from their back room. In my case I had my entire list made up and then after cutting all the metal they told me they don't have the tools I needed. They had all of the soldering boards on display, I asked about a 6x12, then was brought out a 12x12 at just twice the price, to whiz I had to say, "no, you can't just upsell me like that." The 6x6? Also out of stock. Pay more or too bad. They have the items in the case but they will not sell "their display." That's incredibly frustrating to have the tool I am attempting to purchase directly in front of me, in fact it IS in stock, but apparently those tools will never have their purpose fulfilled and are purely for display. To me, it seems like POS sales management have been around quite a while now. I'm just left with the offer of an item they don't have and the suggestion that I order it, leaving me in a lurch but already on the hook to buy the silver. I see from other reviews that their website also does not correlate with their actual stock, which is incredibly frustrating to be offered goods that in reality need to be purchased elsewhere. That's a greedy middle man move. Just don't offer what you don't have to sell. It took 5 minutes to go through the cases and request my items, 45 min later I'm still sitting here, receiving a list of things they won't sell to me. Finally checked out, price seemed high, checked my receipt and the pliers I was told were 16 are $50 so now I'm waiting in line again. Apparently you should budget an entire day here. So all in all there were 4 items that they had in the case but not stocked, wasting both their employee's and my time. I take it back, order from RIO. It's almost literally faster to have stuff shipped to you than to go to this store, you'll end up ordering stuff anyway. Lame sauce.
