The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! They told me I could not make an appointment until I had signed the 'legally binding contract' on the email and a $50 deposit was required. I called them at that point to check availability and was told that you have to sign the contract BEFORE an appointment can be made. In other words you lose $50 if the appointment they offer you doesn't fit in with your schedule. I do not know how much this company has made charging $50 deposits and then pocketing them but to say the least this is sharp business practice.
