Not a Good Business Model. Filled out online form requesting a quote. They texted back and requested pictures (no problems so far) After receiving the quote I called them to make an appointment. They told me I could not make an appointment until I had signed the 'legally binding contract' on the email and a $50 deposit was required. I called them at that point to check availability and was told that you have to sign the contract BEFORE an appointment can be made. In other words you lose $50 if the appointment they offer you doesn't fit in with your schedule. I do not know how much this company has made charging $50 deposits and then pocketing them but to say the least this is sharp business practice. read more

I reached out to this company to talk about having them treat my roof. I had not yet agreed to have them come and do work. I came home one day after an appointment and found their technicians finishing work on my house. This meant that they had to remove a lock from the gate to my backyard in order to get to my detached garage in the backyard to treat it (Which the technician said he did exactly). Because they came without permission my dog was in the backyard. She was wet /covered with whatever they used to treat the roof. I asked what it was that they used. The technician said it was bleach and "something else that I dont know". So I have no idea if it was harmful to my dog. the company is expecting me to pay all of the bill except about 100$ that they took off to compensate for entering without permission and exposing my dog. I have no issue paying for anything that I agree to . Not a hardship. I am just very angry at this company. Honestly.. is that trespassing? Breaking and entering ? read more

I paid over $2000 to have my roofs cleaned and treated with their 5 year warranty bleach product only to have significant amounts of moss grow back a little more than a year later. Turns out during years 2-4, the warranty calls out another full cost treatment minus a 50% discount. Who knows what happens during year 5. But when I scheduled a meeting to honor the warranty, I was sold a $609.86 gutter cleaning which has nothing to do with the warranty. Digging deeper, seems like a few potential name changes so to make sure I'm writing about the right franchise, the contact information on the invoice says: Lakeview ProWash 891 Industry Drive Tukwila, WA 98188 425-457-6900 Still waiting to hear back from them around honoring the warranty. I'm embarrassed to admit that my windows were extremely dirty and i had not washed them in several years. So I called Lakeview Window Cleaning and I am amazed at the job they did. They were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and i told them that i had an appointment and that they could start outside. By the time I arrived home, they were ready start inside. It's about gutter cleaning of my house. I've asked to provide pictures before and after so I can tell if the job is performed or performed well. For a large house, I only got 2 pictures. One is before cleaning and the other is after cleaning, but they are of different spots. The crew left some debris on my AC unit, porch, and yard. Also found my ADT sign was broken after the crew left. My biggest concern is that I'm still not sure how good the cleaning is due to lack of pictures. read more
