She was very responsive & informative during the procedure session. She even let me got up to move around a bit when she felt me a little tense. She offered more numb cream when I needed it. :) My eyebrows were scarred a bit from the previous microblading which left the skin tough and red from previous ink. Tresla did soft bold ombré on me and added a healing technique to help the skin heal with less scarring. I will have to go back in 6 weeks for a touch up to do another application of ink.
