He told me in advance that he could be a few minutes early or late but would keep me in the loop on his arrival time. Jose texted me in the morning, let me know his status and showed up on time. Not only did he fix the sprinkler assembly, he also adjusted the sprinkler heads on my lawn, installed caps on the wire connectors on our assembly and checked all zones to ensure they were working correctly and that there no leaks. You know that someone is a good person when they make you feel like you've been friends for a while or that they could be a neighbor just by how they speak and interact with you. He returned my initial call the same day and we set up a time with my tenants for him to review the work that needed to be done. He maintained contact with both me and my tenants throughout the process and provided me with a detailed description of the work to be done after he visited the property...the price was reasonable considering the work he would be doing. He would replace all the sprinkler heads in the front yard, repair the severed electrical wire in the back yard, and extended a watering line in the back that was needed. The work was excellent, he and his crew arrived on time. My tenants said they were wonderful..worked hard, were friendly and took the time to show them how to work the automatic timers and adjust the timing and days as needed when the weather changes. When he was finishing up he sent me videos of the various areas of the yard with the various water stations running and covering the previous dry areas. All in all, I would say this was a wonderful experience. He and his team were professional, friendly, reasonably priced for the work that was required and I would definitely use him again.

For a full hour, we discussed all my drip system problems. He made many recommendations, but his ideas were realistic and practical. He assured me that, instead of re-doing the entire system, he could take the existing drip lines and repair, replace, and improve, as needed. I decided to add to the scope of work, adding a new controller unit at the same time. Lazaro ran out, bought the piece, installed it, and gave me hands-on training before leaving. He worked on it for a day and was paid $400. He said he needed to return the next day and it would be another $900. The next day he never arrived. The next day we finally received a response stating his grandfather had passed away. He returned the following weekend, and confirmed the sprinkler system was completely repaired. Final payment was issued. A couple days passed and two valves were still broken and the controller still not working properly. My husband and I made several attempts to have him return the property to no avail. Stay away from this vendor.
