Awesome brunch spot for a large group! I've come to play shuffle board here before for a networking event, but hadn't tried the brunch yet. This time didn't play shuffle board. It was during their Santa brunch and was already pretty busy. But we were easily able to find a table for 6 no problem thankfully without a reservation. Their brunch is sooo good, but he prepared to come hungry. It's A LOT of food. Everything was delicious. My fav was the truffle parmesan fries and flatbreads. They have a great deal for $50 brunch that includes a bottle of bubbles, food and 90 minutes of shuffle board play. Since we didn't play shuffle board we each got the brunch for $25 a person and you can add a bottle of bubbles for $15 more. Note that each person at the table needs to order brunch. Not just a few people at the table can order brunch. Which I guess makes sense. It's a lot of food and comes out family style. The food came out quickly and warm. Next time I'll definitely be ordering the same package, but play shuffle board :) read more

This is a fun concept, but this business needs service industry training on the basics. We booked a table for a birthday & requested a quieter room/area away from the speakers (the music is quite loud) & let them know we had a person with hearing problems in our party. We were told "It's kind of what's available & you get what you get." Pretty sure ADA has laws on this. We shrugged it off & went along with it. Got our table, gave waitress our credit cards, she didn't write down our orders, & disappeared. Drinks for everyone took ~20 min or were forgotten, dishes piled up. When our time was almost up at the table we were asked if we could help by pre-bussing the table?! The charges on the tickets were wrong and we were overcharged for more players than there were in our group. Then drinks showed up after our table was closed. Who knows what was happening? Maybe they're short staffed, or maybe there's something else going on. Management needs to hire more staff and provide proper coaching & training. Two stars because the food did come out hot & the manager did apologize. read more

I brought my date here this past Friday night, and the atmosphere was "electric" to say the least lol. Anyway, when we arrived my date didn't know what to order so our bartender James Black swooped in with a drink suggestion so good she went back for seconds! Such a fun place but they need to clarify on there hours. We had a reservation Friday night at 7 and played for our hour and a half, ordering food and drinks and everything was great. We had friends in town Saturday night and thought it would be fun to take them after dinner. We arrived around 9:20 and were told by the hostess that "the manager just informed her they were no longer taking shuffleboard customers for the night." This is odd as it says online they are open until 1 AM. I understand it is also a bar but clarify shuffleboarding hours. It seems odd that, that service would end so early. We were then told we could speak with the manager when they got back from "doing things." Why would the manager not be at the restaurant???? Overall just bad experience with the hostess, and the security guard sitting next to her. read more

Came here for a bday celebration. the games were really fun and high tech. It's $15 a person for one and a half hours which i think it's fair! I got the fries which were good and the drinks were apparently pretty good (according to my friends). They also give you a printed out photo of your team pictures to take home! I took one star off because the waitress mixed up a lot of our tabs and I was charged for someone else's drinks. They were able to refund me so that's really nice! Tip to management: I think it would be a better system if they got the card up front and took note of the name of whoever is ordering to keep it on the same tab. I am so excited that this place has opened an Austin location. I found out about this in Dallas and it was the coolest thing. I find out in the newspaper that this location opened just a few days prior to when I saw and we made sure to get out the same day, fortunately it was free gameplay that day! The place is super low key right now, but sure it's going to be a smash hit after grand opening. Staff here was super cool and even gave us free drinks when we had a kink at our table. Super cool that there are several different style themes and with 10 tables there is a good amount of fun to go around. $10/person for 60 minutes of play. Wow what a fun experience! The vibes are absolutely off the charts. We came for brunch on Saturday for a bachelorette party and it was super fun. I will say, the one downside is they pack different parties really close together so it can be hard to maneuver if you have a larger crowd of folks. We did the $35 pp brunch deal bc my dining companions were not feeling the champagne vibes (cowards!) but it did feel like a good amount of food for the price. There were fries, flat breads, chicken biscuits, candies bacon, donuts, avocado toast, and probably a couple other things I'm forgetting. It also came with 2 hours of shuffleboard with the coolest high-tech system I've ever seen. Super easy to learn and a run of fun to play. For drinks, I started with the fig mule which was like drinking a fig Newton in the best possible way. I absolutely love the decor and the bathrooms were so luxurious. We had a group of 11 go in yesterday and were so excited about this brunch spot! Our excitement dimmed as soon as we walked in there. Every person we interacted with there were rude and if I could give this 0 stars, I would. To start things off, we were put into a small cramped back room with 2 chairs, 1 small bottle of water and 2 water glasses. We had to ask 4 times to get more chairs so that we could sit, with each time saying yes of course and then never receiving seating. After the fourth time they brought ONE more chair. We continued to ask and get ignored until someone finally brought by some chairs for our group to sit down. (The place was not that busy btw, so there were plenty of open chairs that the waitstaff could have snagged). On top of that the food was not the best- the only good thing we ate were the fries. Oh, and we didn't get everything that we paid for for the bottomless brunch- we were missing two of the promised brunch items... Our group was willing to look past the horrible service, food, and treatment until the manager comes in while we are gathering our things, trying to tip, and leave. My friend was grabbing one more slice of pizza before heading out and this woman slams the reservation sign for the new party into the pizza that he was grabbing a slice from. Meanwhile, my friend and I are down a ways trying to sign the tip with our champagne flutes right by us and this women then proceeds to slam the shuffle board pieces into our champagne glasses breaking the glassware and spilling it all over us. When asked why she did that when we were just trying to write a tip she said we have your time is up in a rude way and proceeded to passive aggressively clean the place. This overall experience was terrible and has been the worst service I have ever come across in my life. I was a server for many years and am appalled by the waitstaff here and the treatment of your paying customers. Go here if you want terrible service, terrible food, and the manager to basically throw champagne on you while you're trying to leave a tip. read more

I've been to Electric Shuffle a handful of times now, and my experience there just keeps getting better! First off, the price is an absolute steal! Paying $50/person for a boozy brunch experience that includes food, mimosas, and gameplay can't be topped! And it's all delicious too! I don't think I've had any food or drink there that I didn't like. I love that the food is brought out family style and in increments. I feel like that gives the group enough time to taste and savor the dishes without it being overwhelming. The variety is great too - you get some savory, some sweet, and some fruity. The shuffleboard game itself is fun. I like that there are different ones to choose from, which makes it even more fun and maybe slightly competitive LOL. 90 minutes almost feels too short, but it's the perfect amount of time to play, eat and drink! I recently booked a reservation for the boozy brunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The service was IMPECCABLE! Our waiter Nathan was very attentive and checked on us constantly. They even put up a little birthday sign for my friend at our reserved spot and sang Happy Birthday which also included a round of shots for everyone. I thought that was a very unexpected and nice touch (my friend thought I'd planned that part but I was just as surprised when they came out lol). Once our reservation time was up, they happily moved us over to a table so that we could finish our little bites and mimosas. That frozen watermelon margarita was just perfection! Then there's the food. I think my friend and I were expecting decent bar type food but everything was so tasty. The croquettes , sliders, and nachos just *chef's kiss*. I'll definitely be back in the future! The service was also fantastic! The staff was attentive without being overbearing. Electric Shuffle is truly the best!!! I came here this weekend for the second time and loved it even more than I did the first time. We celebrated my friends birthday on Friday night and I was blown away by how friendly the staff was. As soon as we checked in, Malakai made us feel welcome and kept checking on us to make sure we were taken well care of. He was SO friendly and was able to get us started with some drinks while we were waiting for our server. We did the boozy social, which is open bar and endless food items, and unlike most open bars the servers were very attentive and the service was quick. It is also a really good deal for the amount of food and drinks you get plus playing time. The drinks were DELICIOUS! Highly recommend the seasonal margarita and the espresso martinis. The food we got was also really good and perfect for sharing among friends. The mac and cheese balls were my favorite. To make our night even better, Malakai ended up bringing out pink and blue shots with a sparkler so we could sing happy birthday to our friend. It was totally unexpected and made the night feel really special!! All of the servers were very friendly and the music is great. This is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday or catch up with friends. The vibes are incredible, drinks/food are great, and staff is extremely friendly. We live in the neighborhood and finally made the effort to visit on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00 pm. As is my protocol, I gravitated to the outdoor bar that appeared open for business, but oddly, there were no server(s). I assumed they were making a pit stop so I waited patiently. 3 minutes goes by 7 minutes go by After 10 minutes, I walked inside and asked the hostess where's the server. She said I'll send one right out. Another 3 minutes goes by I again walk in and ask the hostess where's the server; she says she'll send him. About 3 minutes later, a server walks out and when I try to order, he informs me the outside bar doesn't don't open until 5 pm., even though the seating is open, there's no signs and they appear open for business. The host/waitress was so nice!! We came to kill time waiting for our hotel check in and it was so worth it! You get 90 minutes of playing and there are 4 different games to play! We also got the truffle Mac n cheese balls and a watermelon mojito which were both so so yummy! Such a cute place as well, very pretty on the inside! Only thing is the food was on the pricier side, it was 3 Mac n cheese balls cut in half for like $16.... & all the parking by the place was extremely expensive, had to pay $22 for one hour of parking, unless you get lucky and find a spot on the street.
